In the U17 age group Diadora Impact is clearly the most talented team - they are ranked pretty high nationally and have played very well against some of the best teams in the country. With that being said - on a given day or weekend anything can happen and there are several quality teams out there that could pull the upset. It will be interesting.

There was no negative about either school - the simple fact is that all I keep hearing is that whoever wins the AAA division is automatically annointed the best team in the state. In Tennessee as most people know, the private schools have some of the best soccer programs year in year out. Also, you can't compare previous years - last year Bearden proved they were best statewide - no argument there. Of course who would win is simply a matter of opinion but one thing for certain, Farragut or Bearden vs. CBHS would be great soccer.

That's all very interesting but the simple fact of the matter is that neither Bearden nor Farragut have proven they are the best soccer team in the state. They are the best in their division by far, but anyone who has watched Christian Brothers play would see that they are the most skilled team in Tennessee. I don't have a dog in the fight since I have no affilliation with any of the teams, but I have seen all play and know a lot of the players from club and CBHS would probably beat either team. And as usual across the board DII is place to find the best soccer teams.
