i think that people really have lausanne underrated. I understand that bchs and cbhs and others have returning players but lausanne still has two of the top players( jonnie west and shun trevillian) in either classification. dont count them out just yet even though they only have 5 quality players... o yea they have also have a jr point guard that could do damage as well.

why is it that most of the players on this list played for u this summer, and what about the other classes

um, for all of you who are bashing carlos taylors sup-par performance during the summer at the MUS shootout you should know that his mother died about a week before which would cause anyone to not be as focused and not play as well as they could during a game.

yeah, lausanne is made up of a bunch of transfers, except for carlos taylor, who was playing varsity as a middle schooler. they got one from guy from frayser, another from melrose, West came from LA, another from ridgeway(maybe), and i'm not sure about this but one of the kids is suppose to be from idaho, but that hasn't been confirmed. and he was suppose to be pretty good up there. it'll be good to see this year if their success was a result of gasol, or if they really are a D2 powerhouse.

West didn't play much because he was very sick.

i was at the game as well, and it was awesome, st. benedict came in ready to play and they gave it their all. while lausanne is extremely talented they havent came together yet, when the mesh D2 better watch out but great job by St. Benedict and heck of a shot at the buzzer by 10

Carlos taylor is very underrated but his will be known very soon

i kinda agree with the Briarcrest thing but lausanne and bishop byrne are right there dont count the small schools out

adrian banks did not average 27 ppg last season but he aight

can u other private schools stop hating on lausanne why dont let the season play out and see if they dont do anything then do all this talking but until u do what they did shut up harding academy i would have expected yall to have more class than this

lausanne always loses in the MUS shootout but when the season comes around they find ways to win.. briarcrest is a good team but the top two are bishop byrne and lausanne.. briarcrest are not far behind though. i also think mr. basketball will go to charles hampton or carlos taylor

it will hurt but they are going to find a way they have a great coach who make them compete

o know they are pretty deep this year they are lead by Carlos Taylor (who is a pre-season all-american.. and they have alex pruitt a leaper with excellent range, with west contributing with 3 pointers and the improvement of Adrian they are going to make another run this year o yeah cant forget Shun Trevillianan( could be the best point in the class of 2005) it Lausanne

when brentwood dont repeat dont feel stupid

the only person from that bunch you have to respect is brandon wright, slay and bone got schooled by taylor in the state championship game they did win but they are not that good and the only reason the others scored was b/c lausanne made mental errors

dont go by the Memphis Summer Classic Lausanne always plays bad in that tourament but they played in a team camp a week earlier and went 9-1 they lost Bradley by a buzzer beater ( they also had Jonny West and he does make a difference) they beat other high rank AAA-AA schools like Stratfod Austin East and so on. you guys will see once the season begins win they are on the top
