The fact that no one scored in the first 3 or 4 min of the game and ccs made it 12-0 within 1 min. The whole game ccs was up but 7 or more and did dominate the game. I agree the refs were rediculous but what can you expect its tennessee, and every ref hates ccs. Mason hit a three at the buzzer to send them in to the locker rooms at halftime and ccs was up by at least 10. It call came down to the fourth quarter, where ccs still held the lead by 10. Stupid calls by the refs and stupid mistakes by ccs brought westmorland back into the game. It didnt help that with 12 seconds left our two best players missed their free throws. Whith two seconds left westmorland was the closest they had been all game without surpassing us. ccs was up by two and with .2 seconds left westmorland sent up a prayer and made it....tahts luck for ya

i agree it was an ugly game, We were without three of our starters not to mention it was our first game. We lost a bunch of people last year so this year is gonna be a struggle. The two goals yall scored last night were not legit goals one was off our own player. The other was off our goalie and he couldnt recover the ball. With us at full strength and will all our people we would have taken that game

we have four starters returning, 1 foward, 2 midfielders in which one may play up top and one defender

Drew courtney has been playing up at landers college in greensville south carolina. He had a great season and started as a freshmen.

it will be an interesting season for ccs....The fact that they lost 6 senior starters last year one of which was drew courtney. This years team is a young one, and it will be interesting to see how their season plays out.

Well actually you guys are rectuting if i am not mistaken a young man who is an 8th grader this year from ccs for next year at baylor without having to pay

most of yall on this post think thats its "silly that the paper has been writing about her coming back from her mono. Yall are not the only ones who this this is silly. Heather too thinks it is rediculous that they are writting about her being sick. I talked to her the other day before i knew about the article. she said it was rediculous and hated that they wrote about it. She said there is no need for the paper to write about some player who is sick. Heather is a very good athelete but i dont know if she will go that far in soccer. She has had some difficulty this year seeing as shes been out for a few weeks and missed about 7 games. She is making a good effort to come back. I do think on the other hand that she will go far in track. I dont know of many females who win the pentathalon at state as a sophmore, and then going to nationals this past summer and winning an event. This girl is fast too and thats why most colleges are looking at her she can run the hundred hurdles in the mid 13 second range which is pretty dang fast. So its not her fault shes in the paper for coming back from being sick. The paper decided that she was good enough to be in there. I agree its rediculous but theres nothing we can do or she can do about it. She thinks she shouldnt be in there just as much as everyone else does

yeah the winning shot for ccs was by a freshmen in the upper 90 so good job to him
