Nobody need to quit football b/c of their coach leaving. Only excuse would be that you dont get to play or your too small. Which you should't be small b/c you have a lineman number. Never quit b/c of somebody else. If the coach got you to play he must of got you to play for a good reason.

Me in my opinion I think that it is no fare to hand pick players stink as MBA. They bragg like they are the best, but the only reason why they are the best is b/c they pick like the best players out of the state. Which I think is no fare for the rest of the high school teams.

We have Lighthouse on our schedule this year, but i dont know if they are any good or not. Is this their first year in the TSSAA, or are they a team that is just no good and you never here of?

Milan is the team that dominates the region 7 2A, but do you think that they will be good this year like every other year? Or do you think that they lost alot of talent in last years senior class?

There is alot of talented players in the region 7 2A who do you think they are?

For your information a 5 flat is not all that fast there is people running 4.4 to a 4.9 in a 40. Almost every team has a person running under a 5.0 in a 40. So I hope that he is not the teams fastest player. Jordan Yeley for Dresden is one of the best players.

They didn't have the best season last year but managed to get 2nd in their Region. So what do you think they will do this year.

Westview has lost most of its good players after last season such as RB Rafeal Hill and their QB. So will they be good or will they choke.

I think that Dyersburg will choke and only have 1 or 2 wins next year. They got lucky last year and won a few games, but they will be very crappy this year. (THEY ARE UNDERATED B/C THEY stink SO BAD.)

After a terrible season a couple of years ago the Dresden Lions come back with a surprising season beating Humbolt and gave Milan a very good game only losing 28-21. So what do you think that they will be like this year. My opinion is that they will be a team at the top of the region. Giving Milan a game that they will not expect. The lions have 3 people running 4.6 or less.

C.W West is a very good kicker from Westview. I have to say that Dresden's Ryan Nanney is becoming a very good kicker. He has been going to kicking schools throughout the summer and last summer. He had a decent season last year as a freshman. He only had about 3 missed extra points and had a couple of touchbacks.

Dresden and Humbolt Dresden and Westview

From being in this region for 3 years I think that this is becoming one of the most competive regions in the state. Milan is the only team that has been dominate. But the Dresden Lions gave them a surprise last year as they only lost 28-21 in favor of Milan. Also with Dresden beating Humbolt. Dresden seems to struggle in the rain though. Union City is sometimes really good and sometimes they can play terrible. Humbolt, I think that they are a fallin team, they were to confident in beating Dresden b/c Dresden is an all white team and Humbolt is pretty much all black, but Dresden surprised them. The game between Dresden and Westview was won b/c of terrible calls by the refs. (Westview can't lose at home as the refs say.) Post your opinions.

Justin Baker from Dresden Hight School he is 350 pounds and is around 6'8. He not that fast, but he squats big weight. You may also see him playing for Tennessee Vols in the next two years. The vols have been talking with him b/c he was the lineman at lineman camp in Murray, KY. By the way look for Dresden to be one of the Top teams in their Region this year. They are no joke... Kyle
