  1. Hey waco, its good to be back, although i don't get to check in everyday.Did ya like my prediction...LOL Good luck Friday, like you guys will need it, and on the rest of the season. Our guy's might not win, but i bet they play hard.I must be the only guy in Tennessee that truely thinks North has a chance..HeHe, maybe that's because i know so much about football...LOL , see ya'll Friday night.

  2. I was at the game and i seen what happened. This kid made several hits when the play was well downfield. He would knock em down then lay on them saying stuff.I'm sure they were saying stuff too, but it was crazy to let it get that far" the ref's took notice of it a couple of times".But at the time no infractions was takeing place. On the play in question he belted a guy when the play was way downfield, the kid was trying to get up and they was a little scuffle.I didn't see a clip, but the whole thing shouldn't have happened. As far as the kid goes, my son played against him on Friday, he said he never said nothing and seemed like a nice guy, as for what got into him on Monday i have know clue.Good luck Friday night...

  3. Okay first of all i wouldn't be proud of hurting someone, second no i don't play, i haven't played in almost 15 yrs.I will give you the first fumble you keep going on about, but it didn't have any outcome on the game. His progress was stopped and it wasn't a fumble. As far as the last play goes, you got knocked 3 yards into the end zone and come running in after the play was over and you couldn't tell nothing till #70 got up, you was trying to look under him.I will describe the last play one time and then i'm done with this. Both teams has got games to worry about this week not this play.It was a power I set to the right, it was just a power dive off the right tackle.Just after the back took the handoff #44 came frome the inside slideing in behind the two lead blockers, the back took a sharp left step back in behind him as he reached out and got a arm around his right leg.He broke free of that without being slowed and went up the inside of the right gaurd.Thats where #60 hit him from the left side at the one, just as he made the next step at the half yardline #70 hit him from the right.Thats when he went down and the ball crossed the plain before the knee touched. He was laying in from belly button up, with #60 laying across his thigh area while #70 was laying on him from belly button up,with his whole body laying in the endzone. There was no crawling he was laying on his left side with #70 right on top of him as soon as he raised up the ref was right there. He didn't crawl anywhere he stood straight up and handed the ref the ball. The ref ran down the line in right with you so you didn't see anything he didn't.We were standing looking right down the goaline, i seen it cross before the knee touched, the ref seen it, the video i have of the game shows it.Let it go man, there was 5 refs right there at it, no conference was held, none of the 5 questioned it.In a case at the goalline the ball doesn't go back to be spotted where the knee touches, all it has to do is break the plain before the knee touches. In this case it did, i don't think 5 officials is not going to see this so called crawling, the only crawling that was done was by the left gaurd. So if a coach 40 yards down the field and a reporter from the Mountain Press can see better than 5 officials right there on top of it from every angle, then i guess you can dream he didn't make it.

  4. It was the right call, and i've got the tape showing it plain as day so quit crying about it.Don't deny the kid on a great effort to get it in there, what about at the 17 yrd line with twenty sec. left, when you wripped the same kids helmet off with a face mask.Should have been first and goal right there.Give it up, both teams played very hard, but he was in.If ya gotta a problem with it i got a tape that shows it.He was in from belly up, crawling in with over 600lbs on him, ha what a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!As far as the pity party goes, you guys was the one's jumping in the refs face giving signals, maybe trying to block his veiw till you pushed him back out LOL.The ball broke the plain before he went down,i've watched the tape a 100 times, and showed it to several people and they all say the same, he was in ggeeeeeeeessshhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. I know you guys have seen some other teams in the region, and i was just wandering what you thought about Sullivan North..We've not got to see any other teams yet, but i do believe you guys can play with anyone in the region. Thanks

  6. Tough game, i think Union County has a much better team than there record shows right now.Dropped passes hurt and haveing it second and 1 and not picking up the first deep in North territory didn't help.It looked like to me that you had a team very capable of putting together a few wins.It looked like you could trhow the ball or run it, but it would probably help to not go either all run in a series or all pass, mixing it up in a series might help. The makeings is there for a really good team, and i thought #19,#2, and #9 looked like the real deal.#11 played a pretty good game to, good luck Pats.

  7. Union County isn't no Sullivan South, but North was able to put some drives together. They just need to learn to punch it on in there and finish them. They did find out somethings that may help, but we'll have to wait and see what happens.I like North's chances in this one though.

  8. Thanks for the confidence and compliments buc99.The Raiders has somethings ready and in place, but whether there ready to show them yet is up to the one's who know what there doing.I do know that they have had a much better week of practice leading up to this game, than the week of the D-B game.
