  1. In the battle for the small schools, besides ND and Chat Central who are the other contenders, from the other 7 regions, in A-AA?
  2. Jason Kilby from Cumberland County will be at 103 this year. and i agree with jukeboxhero good rankings.
  3. Crillie, I was also there last night and will be the first to admit we were beaten by the better team last night. However to start bashing Masters really shows that the "fans" at RHS are not there to support the team but to dog on KHS. I know many of the RHS wrestlers and all of the coaches and after the match I as well as the rest of the KKW staff shook hands and congradulate RHS on a great win. I can't wait to read the posts you have when you wrestle CHS and start talking trash about their head coach. MAC ( the bald one)
  4. W I are at 7:30 it will be done 4 teams at a time depending on how quick we can get WI done we should start between 8:30 - 9:00

I wish Lax would catch on here( in Clarksville) I coach football and wrestling, and I am asked all the time by my guys why don't we have a Lax team or are we gonna get one. I'm from SC and never knew what the sport was until I joined the ARMY, but once I played I fell in love with the game. Most of the guys that ask me about it have only seen it, I think if you try it they will come.
  6. I was just kidding, I'm not impling anything, just a joke.
  7. Without makeing excuses, or taking anything away from a tough RHS team, we did not have the best of our wrestlers in the line up. But that is the price you pay for fame.
  8. You guys will have to forgive me I just woke up and am trying to read both the paper and the messages, so if I'm a little slow forgive me. Eaglefan you made a comment about troops walking off because of money, I don't know if you were in the servive but I was and let me tell you, as pityful as it was the Army does pay for excessive time away from families, they get paid for being in a conflict zone they get paid anything that is or could be dangerous. When I was in we didn't get paid crap, even with all the special pay, but we did it because we loved it and I'd go back to that in a heartbeat if I could! But that is not my point, My point is if you look at todays paper Congressman Tanner is trying to extend their special pay, do you think thast the wives, friends, and family members will stand by as someone tries to take their special pay. NO! So why should the coaches and their friends and family stand by as they take ours!!! Please do me one favor lets not bring up how soldiers in Iraq would handle things agian, it's not about them.
  9. msgov, I am a new coach, and maybe it's just me but I kinda took offense to your comment that young coaches are worried about money, tittles, and so on. Personally I don't care what you call me, what I am is an assistant coach. However, I see your point of the way things used to be and the way things are now. Remembering the past is great but living in it dangerous, just look at the school system now. Last thing macdaddy is not at CHS he works with me.
  10. msgov, I don't think macdaddy is trying to make himself out to be the LONE RANGER. The point he is making, and you help to make, is that anywhere else you call in the state those hard working coaches get paid for all that extra time, and do not get pushed in the middle of a political struggle by the powers that be. I would also bet that they don't have to make the decisions on what programs lose funding, like the coaches in this county are being asked to do.
