first of all what is mls pk all pk's are the same 5 on 5 second it seems like they are trying to protect there record because they think they were entitled to the

Their are guidelines for shinguards so he can't just wear what he wants-but I have to seen what I felt was bias towards Hispanic players.

It was simply a matter of Ooltewah playing their game better than we played ours.

No-but I know Warren Co had their schedule complete when asked to play in this tourney.

When the CCS boys played Ridgeway in the state championship in 2001 (?) no one gave them a chance. CCS's defense was young and Ridgeway was a powerhouse.
CCS scored two early goals and went on to win 5-0. Martin Trimiew and Allen Duble scored all five goals. They played out of their minds. It was incredible.
Mtman you called that one. I was an unbiased spectator and it was a fantastic game plan. CCS totally frustrated Ridgeway on that day.
My memory is Riverdale v Cookeville 2001? I think Cookeville heavy favorite-unbeaten the district that year-Distict semi lose 5-4 to Riverdale and if I'm not mistaken all goals scored by one player but alas I'm from Warren Co so I can't remember his name.
Also Bearden keeper stopping Clarksville in overtime in a game bearden goes on to win state championship.

This post sure has developed a life of its own. My two cents on the Warren Co and PJP game. I enjoyed watching PJP play. They moved the ball well and controlled possession for most of the game. Warren Co plays a very direct game-some times unfortulaty it reverts to kick the crap out of the ball and run. Hopefully that will change with time and with growth of a very young team. I loved the patience that PJP showed when attacking the little intracate(sp) passing and the need not to always play the ball forward in the attack but to show patience and play the ball back to switch the point of attack. In retrospect this game could have been 4-0 PJP but I do feel it could have also been 1-0 or 2-0 Warren Co. But that is from a lack of finishing quality opportunities from both sides. I truely hope that PJP has a successfull season.
On a side note I feel pope21 (or whatever it was:) ) that you hurt your teams reputation with crybabyhillbilly comments as posted on this sight. Please don't allow our location or the fact that we are public small town school affect your opinion of us, as I asure you that you being a private school doesn't affect my opinion of you or your team as being a quality team.
Let's just play soccer and on the night we played you were the better team 1-0.

This chat was started by someone with a very low level of soccer understanding. I completly see how someone who is average in high school but has never really been able to make it on the select level could consider these things as a way to cheat. If he could just once play at a high level he would see that this is the way the game is played. There is a difference between being a smart soccer player (slowing the speed of play by not letting an opposing team get a quick kick or taking a player down in the box to prevent a goal) and cheating. I can also see why a player on a weak team who will win few games this year would look for reasons to explane their losses. so good luck Whitey
It's to bad that you can't express your views without taking cheap shots.
Is diving a part of the game yes-should it be condoned I don't think so.
For those that will do anything to win-Think sportsmanship.
