  1. AC has too much to lose. A win by cchs finally ends the i75 recruiting.
  2. Shaunman you need to be playing football before you call anybody a wannabe. I have been pretty critical of the program but at least I played. You are just a little high school biotch that doesn't have what it takes to play sports.
  3. I don't know but I was ready to tear the goalpost down Friday night. Unfortunately the gutless administrators had armed cops and a freakin k9 unit there. Too bad it could have been something special bbut as usuall the old folks ruined it for everybody.
  4. I see another record setting performance for the Cougars Friday night. By the way Chris Johnson i up for PrepXtra player of the week again.

Sounds like they need some new recruiters. If any AC athletes are interested I hear Campbell County has a good shot at the playoffs this year. I'm sure they'd welcom a few transfers next season. LMAO
  6. Typical Cloudland. Beat on some weak teams and then go to the playoffs to lose to a team with real talent. You dominate the weakest region in Tennessee.m You must be proud.
  7. I'm afraid this is where CCHS makes their late season collapse. The defense is undersized and will not be able to compete with Sevier Coubty, Science Hill, or D-B. Chris Johnson is a one trick pony who will be injured probably by the end of this weeks game and no later than the bearden game. The little qb will get destroyed without his runningback to take the pressure off him.
  8. Say what ever you want too about AC and Pebley. I personally don't like either of them. I do know for a fact that AC recruits because people within their organization approached me and several of my friends when we played at CCHS. Pebley may be an incompetent jerk as a coach but he is a decent writer and he certainly won't shy away from controversy.
  9. This is the game where the Cougars begin their downward turn. Bearden is the only game remaining that they may win.
  10. Unfortunately the Cougars haven't beaten anyone to gain respect this year. Morristown East is awful and so is South-Doyal. Scott is a decent AAA team. They even lost to a Clinton team that is subpar at best. I'm afraid these guys are in for a long second half of the season.
  11. Pebley is a jerk, I'll agree with you on that. I will also agree with him that AC has people that are recruiting middle schoolers. I know because I was one of the ones they tried to recruit. I am proud to say that I stayed in Campbell County and actually played with my friends and teammates that I had always played football with.
  12. Actually if AC was smart they would go after some of the talented upcoming freshmen in Cmapbell County. If I were them I would go after jacksboro's entire starting backfield and the Allen kid from LaFollette. I bet they won't get Johnson because his little brothers aren't good enogh to play at AC.
  13. I remeber all of those guys from last years team and their middle school days and if you are counting on them to be a competitive line the you are living in a fantasy world. My prediction for this year is CCHS will beat Scott County and possibly South-Doyal. I think the"mighty" Cougars will fall hard back to earth this season. I don't see Chris Johnson making it through the sason, he hasn't since his 8th grade year. He will not have a talent like Zack Byrge to back him up this time. I see Bearden, Sevier County, Clinton, and Science Hill avenging themselves this year. I also cannot picture Campbell County competing with the likes of Morristown East, Jeff county, or Kingsport this year. As far as the kicking game goes I don't see that one kid, who was pretty awful last year, improving enough to be a factor. The quaterback is tiny and won't make it through the Jefferson County game. I doubt Campbell County will have 60 kids by the time the second game rolls around either. As far as Shaunman becoming Victor's color man goes, he actyually has had one the last 2 years that is very knowledgable about football and isn't a bit afraid to uestion the stupid decisions that Cmapbell County's coaches make, and they make several per quarter. Oh and I'm sure that VolTimesSportsEditor is out chasing young girls this weeknd and is to busy to get online.
