Any Unaka or Cloudland fans...... Can Cosby stop Hampton's run game even if they bring some people up into the box? If they do can their corners handle Townsand, Milhorn, Lyons, Irick one on one?

I just wonder what Cosby's game plan is. If I was coaching against Hampton, I am not sure how I would try to stop them. I don't even know if you can. I guess your only hope would be to out score them. But their D has only given up 26 pts. I'm glad I am not Cosby. I wonder if Shelton's ears are smoking yet? I can bet who will win that race.

Does cosby's line stand a chance of controlling the line of scrimmage? If not, it will be a long night for Cosby. They can't affort to bring the linebackers and safties up because lunceford will burn them deep.

The only way Cosby wins is if they can out score Hampton. Hampton's offence is twice as good as last year due to the fact they are no longer 1 dimentional. Add a great passing attack to one of the nations top 20 rushers and you have a lethal combo. Cosby will have to score more than 35 to win this game. I do not believe they can against Hampton's D. After last years experience with Tousdale Co. the dogs have worked on their pass D. I am not sure how many ints they have this year, but it is a lot. With Hampton's size up front, Cosby may not be able to run up the gut. Try outside and the speed of the linebackers and secondery will get you. I see this game 38-14 Hampton.

Does anyone know the stats from last nights game against Harriman? I do not believe Harriman had a lot of rushing yards. Most of their yars cam on long pass plays were our DB tried to intercept the ball instead of knocking it down and their recievers had good concentration and caught it. Hampton's defense was dominate. How many yards did Hampton have rushing the ball?
