we'll see... these kids won every regular season game and everyone they contacted for enough games to fill out the schedule backed out on them .. they ended up losing to farragut in some kind of finals game... they ended like 7-1 but destroyed everyone in teh regular season.

im not sure that i know of them. when i was living in lilburn as a little kid my best friend was jeff francoeur, we lost touch once i moved away but my sister transferred from ooltewah to Parkview in '98. before that it had been since the late 80's that anyone i knew was a student at Parkview(my cousin Donald Naylor). Im sure someone i know knows them, especially seeing as how it's such a tight knit community.

alright... there is no need to try and talk garbage over the internet with people on here. tony and the more veteran tribe fans know that with geriatrics like mnewballer and myself once we join the fray you'll get kilt in one or 2 posts and that'll be the end of it. keep it strait and itll all be good. btw, how's yalls farragut team looking this year? i know its tough to leave the school youve been at for a while for somewhere new(doesn't matter how much PT youre getting at either place)just because you now have friends on both sides... so as my final piece of advice to all you new kids on here don't get something started with Ooltewah cause we'll have to kill it, and noone likes picking on freshmen

Ooltewah Lady Owls.

Made strong run to the State Tournament and lost out to eventual the eventual Champion after playing them tough for a half and then collapsing late. The girls return EVERYONE, having lost only Senior, and 4 year starter, Holly Hullander.

With everyone coming back and adding another quality freshman or 2 these girls should be very tough next season as well.

everyone would... he is also the best wide reciever in the school(although I think Courtney White could easily have been one of the best in the Southeast if he head just tried out one year) I mean Ryan is an awesome athlete, I just dont see why you would put all your eggs in one basket(baseball) and think about Courtney on the football field shagging passes! 6'3" 180 prolly runs around 4.5 and can flat out leap! not to mention that thanks to basketball he can catch about anything! it's such a shame some of the best athletes are limiting themselves so much

they could stand to have another athlete(leaper) like Matt Lowe as well... Also it's such a shame that Ryan Jones refuses to come out and play, probably the second best basketball player in the entire senior class...

Noone outside the state of Georgia is willing to face Parkview if they don't have too. De La Salle turned down an offer from Coach Flowe for a game @ De La Salle!! Too scared. Panthers are about to wrap up another state title @ this Big Orange Jungle this weekend! Too bad Camden County lost in the Semi's! We wanted revenge...

yeah... with ooltewah losing 4 big senior starters and having back 18 other starters and bringing up the best soph class in the state, the owls will really be quite terrible!

All I know is that Ooltewah is bringing practically everyone back on both sides of the ball. Add to that a few Freshmen(who's teams absolutely embarassed almost everyone they played this season) and you have something working! Look for Ooltewah to really push for that Region Crown next season... Who wouldn't want a matchup with these schools, trust me DB and Riverdales coaches know how good Ooltewah will be next season, and they also know it would make a great game. Therefore if their schedules would have permitted these games would be penciled in already.

does Ooltewah have anyone with size comin through the system? Im wondering cause lack of inside presence has really hurt them the last few years...

Who knows maybe Soddy is just as good as they think they are... to be fair that would have to be considered highly unlikely, however I guess anything is possible...

I really just do not see Ooltewah winning this district...Fact is Brainerd almost always comes up with the players they need and Ooltewah just won't be able to get over that barrier this season.
