  1. Wouldnt it make more sense to call it Waynesboro instead of Wayne County.
  2. Tommy set up to the right of the press box when he filmed the homecoming festivities. Hey before I offend someone else, just talk to the school admin, its his press box and I guess he will decide who fits in where. I just hope they leave room for me at this point. I aint picky I can sit out with the TIGER NATION! Its been a bad day I found out I aint professional or impartial.
  3. I hope that aint a shot at the Tiger broadcast team. If being impartial is what makes you a pro I'll guess I'll be an amateur for life. We're just 3 years into a week to week career and I cant describe how much fun we have doing those games. In all seriousness, the press box at Mp is not that big. WMCP carries CA's games and last year they had 3 guys on their broadcast team. Both teams usually have at least 2 coaches each in the press box. There's a PA announcer, scoreboard operator, the music guy, and WXRQ's team of 2 announcers. I just don't know where all those people are going to fit in. Somebody may get left out. Last year the press box filled up at Cascade and we set up on the top row of the Cascade cheering section so I know how it feels.
  4. I cant wait till Friday night. It will be an electric atmosphere at the stadium. I hope the weather is great. Two good teams that appear on paper to be evenly matched. Ca is very quick team and Mt. Pleasant has tons of speed as well. Team that don't turn it over wins. I pick the Tigers 42-14
  5. I really think Huntland is the better team and will win by a couple touchdowns or more.
  6. 6 different Tigers scored tonight. Dailey and Dugger scrored 2 apiece. Sparkman, Davis, T. Fennessee, and Butler scored the other. Butler's was 58 yard reception. Kelley the Qb had a great night. He had close to 200 yards thru the air. Defense was stellar as usual. Chapel Hill gave Jamarcus double teams all night and many times had a third defender cheating his way. He still had some catches, one long punt return and a couple good carries just didn't get him in the end zone.
  7. There's probably still some questions out there, as in how in the world do you stop #81.
  8. He had 4 touchdowns and over 200yards. He done that in a driving rainstorm. the other honarable mentions were his offensive linemen. Nice to get those guys some press. Guess they wanted to get outside region 6.
  9. First real competition for either team. I think the Tigers will be too strong up front and too athletic for the Trojans liking. If you cant be there check it out at www. schoolsportsradio.net.
  10. Should be a good one. Cant wait till Friday to see it. If you dont make it to the game its going to be on the net at www.schoolsportsradio.net.
  11. Tigers won 55-0 in a rainstorm. We had over 600 listeners online. Thanks to all that dialed us up and we hope to be able to keep putting the games online each week.
  12. www.schoolsportsradio.net will have live feed of tonights game at 7:30.
  13. I believe the exact words were "The tigers just came up a little short to a good team." I got it on tape not sure what you were listening to.
  14. Wildcat pride talks alot about class. Thats funny, wasnt it his/her school that couldn't behave itself at the b'ball tourneys last year and got ejected from the gym on consecutive weeks. Was that you guys' example to everyone else about how classy you are. Or maybe it was when you had that lead over Ezell in the playoff game and your fans started chanting "overrated" right before Ezell came back and won the game. Yeah that was it. Thanks for that lesson in class. I think wildcat pride should stick to making sure everyone has something to drink and quit talking so much smack.
  15. I think they are "alot" worried. If not they should be.
  16. Well we played 2 4a's and 1 3a in the preseason. We faired pretty well in those. As for the green men we will see you in week 5 and you will understand a little better then.
  17. Eagleville will find out for sure in a couple of weeks when they venture down to Mt. Pleasant and visit the jungle to take on the Tigers. I'm sure they remember last year and this past spring but if not I'm sure it won't take long to "rattle" their memories. Best Eagleville can hope for is that the TSSAA splits the region up and they can do battle with MTCS, Chapel Hill, Cornersville, Moore County, Cascade Huntland. Thats their best shot at a playoff bid. Playoff contenders in Region 6 will be Mt. Pleasant, Wayne County, and Collinwood with the 7 other teams playing for 4th. Should be that way for years to come.
  18. The Tigers will toss a shutout for the second consecutive week and put up 50+ points. MP 56- CA 0. Ingram will have less than 50 yards rushing but he might get plenty of oppurtunities to get some kick return yards with all the touchdowns and ensuing kickoffs to follow.
  19. Starters were out midway thru the second quarter.
  20. The Booster Club in Mt. Pleasant will have about 20 copies available.
