check the stats of the Greenbrier/Portland game, until Benji Young went out with 5 fouls he held Brewer to 9 pts and he ended up only scoring 15 the whole game...it can be done

I think Greenbrier can pull this one off. I have looked at some of the scores from MLK's games(district) and with the exception of Macon County they have not beat anyone impressively and some of the teams that they beat by one or two points we beat by more points,not that that really matters cause anything can happen on any given night.But tonight I think Greenbrier can win if your top guys have a good game. and yes CoachHard I do think Doc will call a timeout within the first minute or so of play. Should be an interesting game no doubt. Go #44

Hey Benji is back in school and doing ok,he will not play in the game tonight against macon co but is released to start back practice on Monday,after suffering a concussion, and should be ok to resume play Tuesday against another district team MLK. He is still having some mild headaches but should be ok by then. His biggest fan...

One of the best run and gun teams I saw Greenbrier play this year was Station Camp....so yes I think we can run with them

Hey Greenbrier balla, I still think we will win even tho # 44(my son) is not in there.....this is a good greenbrier team and I don't think the loss to Cheatham will slow them down,that was a bad situation but it won't keep our CATS down!

I agree but defense does slow down your opponent to keep the game tight, don't worry bout the points we can put those up too!

Oh, by the way for all of you that say Corey plays lazy defense talk to all of the recruiting experts who said " Corey Brewer is hands down the best defensive player in the nation. Someone else that knows a little bit about basketball, thinks he's a pretty good defender, i believe his name is Billy Donovan it was a recruiting expert that said that...if you do a search under post for corey brewer you will find it.

not sure where I read that he was best defensive player, but it might have been a post on this message board under Corey Brewer. Said he was best in the Nation on that post...I will try to find it and post it here

Just a note about the kid from greenbrier who fouled out, # 44 Benji Young , who had an awsome defensive game, he guarded Brewer 3/4 of the night and held him to 10 pts,after # 44 fouled out Brewere scored another 5 pts. What an awsome game Benji Young...your number 1 fan!
