Central shouldn't even think about running with Bolivar...The Bolivar team speed will be much greater..it would be ludacris to suggest that. Centrals best chance would be take advantage of no shot clock and milk it down try to make it a low scoring affair. Also, Beau Brown would have to shoot 98.3% from the floor.

I am from Sweetwater and I have kept up with the football over the past few years and I belive Sweetwater should be ready to take some lumps this year.... They have Loudon and Boyd Buchannan moving into their Region Along with Alcoa and Oliver Springs is always tuff....I have no clue who this suprise players are going to be and unless those running backs are ready to run at instead of away from defenders this will be a long, long season....Jeffery and Dustin could be replaced problem is there isnt anyone to fill the shoes....simple as that. Oh yea Wildcat try using spellcheck you dont want to embaress the rest of sweetwater do you? I haven't seen a schedule but I think with the new teams 4-5 wins will be the max!

Those "few player(s)" from Sweetwater didn't even play in the Boyd game and also they tried a bunch of diffrent formations in the game. Not safe to call that a "Big" victory, though they did win.

I think it would be great if they let players dunk before the ball games.... If you have someone who can throw it down let them showcase it before the game... Dunking is a art form that will be enjoyed by the fans and get the students pumped up before the game... Taunting ..lol please the other team should be paying attention too their on rim anyways.. So I say let the kids dunk its good for them and the fans.

Well I am not going to ramble on about how Alcoa is this and isn't that from now on I will be quiet and let this all play out... If Alcoa does lose at some point you can expect I will be back on here but If they do win state I will still be on here, congratulating them... This brings me back to my earlier post to which you took much offense.. "All I know is what I see."

First time I saw Alcoa play this past friday... They are not State Champ Material from what I saw. They are a very good team though... Alcoa is what most would call a big play team. They execute at the right moments and the big play helps them win the games. They will beat Rockwood but I belive that Rockwood will give them a run for their money. If they Happen to play Lipscomb in round 4...Tornado fans expect a long long evening.

Alcoa played hard and almost gave up the game in third against Sweetwater. The score was 21-14 and alcoa hit #8 which I think is Love and he cut it back across field for about a 45 yard TD. That play knocked the breath out of the Cats and Alcoa took the game off of that play.....

I wouldnt start praising either one of these teams yet personally........ This is a whole new season for all of the teams still left.. No winners. No losers. If Alcoa and Lipscomb start thinking about the semi's neither one will be there. In Alcoa's case they have already beat Sweetwater which they play tomorrow by a sizeable amount in poor playing conditions and If I am not mistaking also physically manhandled Rockwood to about the same score... As a sweetwater fan, I beg Alcoa to look past tomorrow nights game and if they do they can look at the T.V. and watch as another team travels to "THE BORO." I belive Alcoa has the all around tallent to be a very convincing State Champ but if they want too I belive they need to take it one game at a time and put off discussions of this matter until the appropriate time. I wish them the best of luck the rest of this season hope they can bring a Championship home to 2AA. GO CATS!

Alcoa 29 Sweetwater 28.9 I think Alcoas will win this but....They are not as good as they think! Looking into the crystal ball I see Lipscomb whoopin' that tail again....

Jamie Price from Sweetwater is a AweSOME! KICKER best in the State Maybe the country hands down! He kicked a 67 yard field goal in tennis shoes with the shoe strings tied and weights hangin from his eye lids.... 2aa Kicker oF the Century his longest ever in a game is a 18 yarder. He is being looked at by big schools such as northsouth michigan, and easternwestern alaska.
