all that i have been saying is the truth the following actions have been taken: 1) two cleveland players suspended #3 - C.J. Williams #4 - Brandon Brown 2) cleveland was fined $1000 and put on probabtion for a year 3) four rhea county players suspended (no names heard) 4) rhea county "volunteer" coach suspended for a year 5) rhea county goes to maryville (hahahahahaha) 6)cleveland plays knox west at home THIS IS ALL TRUE (THE FINES FOR CLEVELAND WILL BE ANNOUNCE TOMORROW)

i've heard that four players from rhea county have been suspended and a coach for them. the coach for rhea county that attacked coach collier was not even certified to be on the field so he is suspended for a year ALL OF THESE FACTS ARE FROM TSSAA - STRAIGHT FROM THE SOURCE! even though they are not offically released until tomorrow

the suspensions for Cleveland are #3 - C.J. Williams and #4 - Brandon Brown. this is damage to the team but this just brings the rest of the team this much closer and work harder so these players can have another game this season

Big hussle and bussle at cleveland today, and the suspensions are known by the official reps. but they aren't releasing them for a while. So the tapes are still being reviewed so that everyone that needs to be taken care of will be dealt with. Rumors are flying real quick through here so just make sure you are getting your facts straight still

i hate to break it to you rchseagle, but those refs were the same refs that cleveland had the week before at walker valley. And you can ask anyone that was at the walker valley game that the refs were making horrible calls against cleveland. that particular crew of refs caused trouble for cleveland at walker valley and the refs weren't on cleveland's side at rhea county either. rhea county played a good game against cleveland and remember that the clock went out on your home field so don't even blame the clock for your lose because it was your field. once again just too immature to accept that you lost. stop with the excuses and come back next year

Well most people posting on this thread either weren't there or weren't on the field. I was one of the guys down on the field and i just think the whole situation has taken the fun out of the game and needs to be taken control of before the whole sport is ruined by the fighting after a game, because the other team refuses to accept that they got beat. There is no place for figthing like this in high school football. You can talk all you want but all that it boils down to is who does the talking with their pads on friday night. Fighting just shows that you are too immature to accept that you just got beat. I've heard that the actions being taken would be out around tuesday.

If anyone has some info on the suspensions for rhea county and cleveland please speak up

i didn't mean not talk about what happened! i meant that you shouldn't talk before you actually know what happened, because that is how rumors get started. so if you are going to say something about what happened then make sure it is the truth

I think that we should just keep what happened at rhea county on the quiet side. I mean eventually you are going to here about what happened and the actions that were taken from what happened. But i would like to say one good thing about rhea county: Tim Cooper is one of the greatest guys you can ever meet; even with all of the things happened at rhea county he didn't take part in it and then went down to cleveland and talked to the football players, and had no aggression towards any of them. And i think that the game was overshadowed by the events that occurred after the game. This was one of the best dog fights i have seen in a while.
