it would be hard to believe that there would already be transfers working out with the 8th graders. is that not illegal? do those kids not have to be enrolled in hms and in the halls zone to be working out right now?

And as far as that north knox coach son getting in trouble, he played ten years ago. That would make him almost 30 years old, its not his fathers job to babysit him when he is 30. You didnt hear about him getting in trouble in highschool, when it was his dad's job to make sure he did what he was susposed to. I wish Daryl did the same and Lee would still be at UT. I never said I didnt wish them both the best, just asking the question why Daryl moved jobs so much.

Just trying to clear some stuff up HTV no need to get all worked up. And the players were encouraged by Daryl to follow Daryl to central. I know that for a fact. RedandBlack it was Coach Shephard he had the run in with, not sure of all the facts on that though, I do know that he did encourage those kids to follow him to Central. That in my mind is bush league and illegal. When he does not get his way he just ups and leaves, that is really teaching the kids something. Things don't go your way just leave. Great example he set.

What was the score in the Halls and Clinton frosh game? Pretty sure Halls had that one in hand early. Not sure though, ZCAR do you know, you seem to be more in the know of Halls than anyone else on here. Also heard that the West win over Halls was a little controversial.

if halls had kept those 10-15 i believe that they would have been battling maryville for the region. rumor was that if burnette would have stayed at halls, douglas would have came with him. right there takes two of maryville best players away and puts them starting at halls. i am sure julian would have loved to scheme against an offense without those two at maryville and ward would have loved to have called plays with those two weapons in his pocket.

haveityourway, 4 or 5 players make a huge impact on a team in high school football. not saying that those 4 or 5 would have made halls a state championship contender but if def. would not have hurt.

Thats right zcar, Halls has talent they just play somewhere else. I believe there were 4 or 5 players that started on state championship teams this year. Webb, Fulton, and Maryville.

dont know if it is true or not but heard all teams are the same except picking up bearden instead of karns and the south doyle game will be played week zero

lee ran his mouth to the wrong person it seems like. i feel sorry for him and wish him a full recovery, but its time to grow up. lee is a waste of god given ability. he should have just pulled the "i blew my knee out when i 8 yrs old in touch football" and give up football like powell fan did. anyway back on topic....maryville frosh record and who they lost to?

powell fan is a blooming idiot. dogging a high school kid because he missed a field goal, are you sure it was his fault. have you watched film on it to see if maybe it was bad hold or snap? call lowe im sure he would let you watch film on it. you werent man enough to do it in high school so i doubt you are now. you didnt have to watch or practice anything to stand in the student section and complain about a sport you know nothing about.
