This is Aubrey’s DAD and I don’t hide behind screen names… I love to watch my child compete and will never apologize for being passionate. If there were more parents invested in their kids lives the way we are there wouldn’t be as many problems with our youth as we are seeing. Yep, Im still here and showing my face. Hats off to the Lipscomb team, they played a great ballgame. I was hoping for a different outcome. How did you like the fan turnout. I promised at least 500 and we got it, in fact there were more of us and we were LOUDER! Alcoa will take the one this week. They are young, but explosive. By the way, if you drive three hours to watch a game you might want to get your moneys worth!!

This thread has turned into a circus sideshow. Why does everyone have to say critical things toward other individuals. And these pictures that keep coming up are ridiculous. Your moms and dads need to keep more control of you. In fact I saw one post where obviously someone was using school computers for this junk. Come on, lets talk football and stop the personal insults and pictures. THIS WILL BE A CLOSE GAME! Ive said that from the start. I do believe if the Rams bring there best then they will win. Im so glad someone with your obviously abounding knowledge is gracing our presence. Now that you have managed to phsycoanalyze everyone on the board, what do you think about the game? This is my last post of the night. I figure with the time difference there still might be a few people on from the west. The field is in great shape. Anyone who has been here before knows how thick our turf is and when its dry its fast. The Rams had a shorter practice today than normal only going about 1 1/2 hours, because of some rain moving in. They seem to have a calm yet intense feel. This may be the most focused group Ive seen here in a while. They know this Lipscomb team is good, but feel the game will be won on the line. With the reported loses to the Lipscomb line, it could be a good night for the Rams. At any rate, as I said our boys look ready to play and have put special infosis on ball control. If we can control the ball and not make costly turnovers Lipscomb could be in for a ride. Good night to all. Go Rams CHOO CHOO

Tackle, You seem to have a good head on your shoulders. I assume you are a Lipscomb supporter. Im glad to see you still have a grip on reality, I think many of the rest of you don't. Anyone who thinks the Rams are going to lay down and let you walk on them are badly mistaken. We feel like if we take care of the ball and don't give you a short field like we did all last year then we will win. I just want to clear a few things up. I know Lipscomb has a great football program with great tradition. That is why I am so concerned with the attitudes of some of these posts which I assume are from Lipscomb related people. These seem very uncharacteristic of a typical Lipscomb team. Everyone seems to see us as another stepping stone. I guess we are another stat on the way to a trophy. Coach Turner and our players are very in tune with what is being said here and elsewhere. Altough, they are refraining to comment because they would rather read. I am commenting on our behalf because everyone is saying it will be close, but all are picking Lipscomb. I saw the poll on the front page and 77% are picking Lipscomb. I hope the teams head is as high in the clouds as everyone else involved, because they are in for a shocker. My sourcres lead me to believe that GP had this one sealed wit the int., but Elrod hit your so called phenom receiver with a bomb just so you could have a chance to kick the miracle fielgoal. And as far as this head removing secondary, why haven't I heard the names Blonkanshik and Lheihining before. You won't have to worry about a fluke victory this week because the rams will be so far in front. What is it with all the lipscomb people on here anyway? The only smart football quote on this thread is from easttnfootballexpert. He seems to have a good idea about football in our area. As far as Alcoa is concerned, I believe they will take it by at least 14. His lipscomb prediction is also correct. They will be challenged by not only size, but in the secondary as well. I do see a close game, but the Rams will be too much in the end. Mainly because Lipscomb has played a weak schedule this year. They really should have lost two games. Goodpature laid down and let a hail mary beat them a the very end and on top of that they kicked a miracle field goal that would only be good 1/1000.
