Knight probably could have gone a couple but its definately not worth risking an arm injury with games this early in the season.

If you call going out there and pitching staring down the other team the whole game then thats what mccanless did. His little attitude almost let Sycamore get back in the game. As for our students noone said anything out of the way, they know they can get in peoples heads and thats what they did. As far as im concerned Sycamore beat themselves the last 2 games. Im just glad our grown men dont yell at the other teams students about stuff that doesnt even matter(football season). This should be a good season in the district, good luck to all teams. sidenote:why would Knight hit Mccanless on purpose the other night? I wish i could say it was on purpose because he definately deserves it but it wasnt. The 1st basemen went to talk to Kight to settle him down with a freshman catcher behind the plate. Ill tip my hat to Bowers and Tidwell, they play the game the right way. I wish they could rub off on their teammates!

this was started so all the district 11aa teams could keep each other posted on their news and scores for the day. i saw where harpeth played beech really close today, have any details for me straightbill? sycamore plays at page on saturday at 5. what about the other district teams?

Yeah i talked to Bullard and he said he didnt know if he could sit up there next to the Harpeth people because they are so big and scary.

I dont know why people are talking Sycamore up so much. They arent very good right now and they have a lot of work to do. Side note: they didnt lose to Springfield it was a 2-2 game with the JV playin most of the game.

How can you say last years Waverly team would kill Sycamore this year when they barely beat the team from last year??? Obviously this Sycamore team is better than last years! I dont know how anyone with any intelligence can say that??

Friday against Montgomery Central.

Sycamore's senior night was against Galatin.

Catfish, the game tonight against Rossview is cancelled due to the snow out with Stewart a few weeks ago.

Clarksville didnt really beat them. It wasnt much of a scrimmage, there was no score taken in the game. They both pretty much scored equally. That would be a good matchup though.

Where are the new rankings?? Since Sycamore is so horrible they will probably lose to Fairview in a close one and get drilled by 20 or more Friday against Harpeth!! They might not even make it out of the district tourney.

Keep hating on Sycamore. Waverly hit everything they threw up and didnt play physical enough to make it to the line. Sycamore can actually play defense without fouling. Sycamore was not on their A game at all but they will be ready next week against Fairview and Harpeth!!

I guarantee you there will be no fight at districts. That went out the door when the rowdy rebs (i bet there bad!) got on here and said they were going to get revenge and all that garbage. There is going to be extra security there and nonone will be fighting. So everyone just calm down and quit talking about this little kiddie playground fight.

This was a very low scoring game. Creekwood was content just to pass the ball around the whole night and run clock. Sycamore couldnt really get out and run as much as they would like but they still took care of business. Sycamore goes to Montgomery Central Friday.

I dont think any Sycamore fan that knows what they are talking about said we are going to beat Bolivar. We know that if we even get to play them its going to be a tough game!! Bolivar is a great team and Sycamore still needs to improve to be able to compete with them.

If you say sycamore would still be the best team in the district without moulton you are sadly mistaken. Some nights he scores over half their points and bales them out in tight situations. Sometimes their best offense is passing to him and watching him shoot. They still have good players but they wouldnt be the best team in the district.

Jesse Moulton from Sycamore is averaging 20 or more.

Sorry Sycamore is not loaded with atheletes and cant go out of state and play in all these tournaments. We are a AA school with barely 800 students so i think we are doing pretty well to be sitting at 7-0. I guess your right though, we are getting lucky every game and we arent any good at all.

Even after the way Sycamore played against Creekwood i think they will come out fired up and ready to play against Stewart. Creekwood took them out of their game a little bit but come Friday they will be ready! No prediction, im just pulling for my boys at Sycamore.

I know Sycamore plays Bartlett. Dont know anything about them but they are probably pretty good.
