the kid nate slamed is on my team and had to go to the hospital that evening. also neither the coach nor the wrestler made the choice to stop the match, that decicion was made by the medic. nate was a much better wrestler than the page kid but threw away the match with an unnecessary slam. if you have an easy match then there is no reason to slam someone if your a good wrrestler. you should be able to control someone and score your points without taking the risk of being DQed for a stupid mistake.

Drossopolous at 112? Pair has beaten Drossopolous twice in the past two weeks and moe than likley again tommarow at our quad-meet. Not to mention that Ortiz is also in Region 5. That's two wrestlers better than Drossopolous in this region. Drossopolous will probly get 3rd.

are those the only teams coming? what about franklin and Brentwood?

i have this wrestling video and at the end it has two work-outs. one is just an in-home work-out for people who don't have any weight equipment, the other is one this team uses during season. all it uses is a curl bar and only takes around 5-10 min. the websites is www.LakerWrestling.com i havent cheked the website but it may help some.
