that is very true. we have a big problem with gettin too upset with bad calls and stuff liike that. if we would just accept that those things happen to everyone and not just to us we'd be a lot better off...but i guess i'm tell this to the wrong ppl. who do u play for sportsmaniac13...or do u play?

where does that put each team in the rankings for the district.

i play for lexington and i disagree with the guy that started this thread. we have gotten a lot better from last year, but we r not very good. we have a lot to improve on before we can be considered as one of the top teams. oh yeah...we haven't ever been 2nd in the district...we've been 3rd but i dunno how long that'll last with the way we have been playin lately. but i guess we all have our own opinions.

soccer is one of the most underrated sports in america. i admit that i didn't like it at first. but that was only because i didn't know anything about it. when u learn how to play the game then it is the best sport there is. i've played every major sport and i don't like any of them near as much as i love soccer. i think that's the only reason that soccer doesn't bring in the money or get the respect it deserves. its so bad around here that the school board or school or whatever was gonna make us pay a pretty big price just to play on the football practice field. i mean its hardly even used and we play during their offseason so its really gay how it all works out.

We don't get much respect either. Don't get me wrong, we don't have the greatest program and we've only had a team for 2 years (this being the 2nd year). But we asked if we could use the football PRACTICE field just for games cuz our other field stinks horribly but they were gonna charge us a crapload of money to play on it. I mean we're a school team and they were gonna make us pay to play on a field that isn't used. Pretty messed up.

Does Jackson Christian School have a good team? I've never heard anything said about them. I was just wondering how their team is.

They were a very good team last year and i was just wondering if they lost or gained any key players. Thanx.

last night we played southside and won 2-1. it was a very aggressive game with some frustration showing from both sides. it continued after the game when a southside player kept running his mouth to one of our players and our player took it offensively and almost ended up in a fight. kind of embarrassing but i'm just glad that we can finally win a game since last year we didn't win a game.

i don't let it effect my life. i was just pointin out how stupid the post was. also, everyone that has been trash talkin Lexington has done more than even it out. we have taken a lot more trash talkin than we have given.

we haven't posted hardly any cocky posts in a while. i will admit that there for a while it was out of hand, but i think that everyone else has done more than even it out by trash talkin us back. we have taken a lot more than we've given out.

y r u so worried about the polls.y do u care how "overrated" teams r. its not like its gonna effect ur life. so just chill out and find somethin else to talk about....oh yeah...and about the "Not to mention, Lexington would have been lucky to finsih 5th in District 12AA and make it out of the district tournament." crap. maybe ur right but guess what...we're not in that district so it doesn't matter...does it.

get over it??? i said that i wasn't at the game so i don't know. all i said was that there is a line that shouldn't be crossed. i didn't say that they crossed it...i was just explainin to whoever what sportsmanship is.

its pathetic how ur still upset over one call. get over it. i'm sure there have been calls like that in other games but no one is worked up over those. i didn't see it so i don't know but u need to get over it.

ok...u get on here and say "enough with the sportsmanship crap" and then ur whole entire post is about it. anyway, sportsmanship isn't trash talking...its how u react and how u win or lose. everyone sometimes has bad sportsmanship but there is a line that shouldn't be crossed. i wasn't at the game so i can't tell if the line was crossed. i'm just letting this be known.

i want to thank the ppl that aren't from Lexington for keeping me entertained by using these HORRIBLE excuses of y u think Lexington stinks so bad. its funny how jealous u r. "4 ppl from Lexington. BS." just one example of the jealousy.

we had a separate league in the fall last year, but this year we r gonna have a travel team that way the team can still play together in the fall as well as the spring.

josh sawyer of lexington might not be one of the best but he is a very aggressive and physical goalie. i have found this out from being a forward where i have faced him in practice and in offseason leagues. last year we were horrible but for most of our players, including me, that was their first year. this year we r picking up some good talent. it is just a matter of us playing together as a team.

i don't think u understood me. i do post about lexington and the reason i read these is to represent my town. i just said that i haven't been braggin and crap. if u would read and comprehend then maybe u would've understood that in the first place instead of wastin both of our times with these replies.

i am a christian and i believe to hate the sin and not the sinner...the reason i say this is u should "hate" that person and not hate the whole town. cuz the town cannot keep someone from sayin the crap that he's been sayin.
