Yes I was, I guess I just get fed up of some folks picking us to get boatraced by 4 TDs and I know I shouldn't cause the kids leave it all out there every Friday night. I honestly think if we can get it to the 4th quarter in a close game I think our depth will be huge in having a real shot at it. No matter what I'm proud as can be of our boys. It's playoff football time, it's Tiger time!!

They are way better, it's no secret. Just hope MC can stay on the field with them after finally getting to see them on film today. KC has big big time future college players and they just beat Fulton and Greeneville in back to back weeks. They have done something that no team has done in the last 6 or 7 years in 4A. We will still travel up and support our boys reguardless. They have had a good fun season and made many memories but all good things must come to an end.

I just watched the interview myself, kids can be kids I guess, no harm no foul. I do know my son will be getting his butt to work after this season and will be hauling hay this coming summer when he isn't at football workouts thou. Below average O line teams don't usually rush for over 2 thousand yards in a season with the starting back out for the entire year but like everyone has said, it's got to be the weak schedule. I believe a couple of those O lineman are playing their first year of football for the tigers, that's really awesome of Osteen and staff for getting kids wanting to come play football that weren't before. All of the life lesson that the tigers have learned from football will pay off in the future, nothing is given and it must be earned thru hard work and dedication. Not just because granddaddy left his business to me or because moms husband is a CEO and pays for everything. Not just saying that to bash KC because I know they have some of the same type of kids. I'm just proud of my Tigers and darn proud to have County behind our Marshall name.

And you would be incorrect about not only this but your championship pick and how everyone is just playing for the silver ball this year. One would guess by now with age and wisdom that you know the games aren't played on paper and a lot of crazy things can happen in football, especially in high school football.

Good for you big guy, how many of those 6 have you played in? Beat that chest all you want and be that kinda guy that is a Vols fan and pulls for anyone in the SEC to win it every year... I have total respect for Fulton and what they have accomplished over the years, its Where programs like Marshall County strive and are working to become. I think you are spot on, KC schedule has been pretty tough and they have held their own, I have respect for them in doing so. Now talking about depth MC has it and play up to 35 different guys every Friday night. This has been one of their best strengths all year, No two way starters and a 8 deep dline rotation. Not saying any of those 8 are better than KC highly touted tackles and Oline in general but they will get after it every play to the whistle. I personally think if MC limits the big play by KC offense they will be in a dogfight til the end. Even thou I was getting a little feisty and taking a shot in my last post I do have respect for the kids playing the game, it's about them and not us parents/adults. I love our kids at MC and I know y'all do the same at KC, hopefully it's a injury free game and whoever advances to cookeville will be able to compete with a full roster. It's not been brought up any but a lot don't know that MC had their best back Deandre Brown injured back in late July and has been out all season with a torn ligament. The two backs have filled in great for them but I can't help how much better that offense would be with another stud in the backfield.

Congrats on a great season EH. Kids played hard all night and it was a true battle to watch, #74 was tough upfront I thought, MCs O shot theirselves in the foot to many times but credit to a stout D of East. Tigers D was unreal good tonight, only one slip from being a shutout. Hats off to both teams.

It's just my view, not many teams have challenged MC upfront except stratford and Overton at times. still put up 38 and 42 in those contests. I like our lineman, skill guys, coaches, managers, cheerleaders and fans. Like I said I'm a MC fan that can't wait for Friday. Now what are they going to be grilling up and serving on campus?

Where in any post did you see me say they will run for 400 on East? I didn't my man, good ol MCvolfan asked me which film to watch and I just said look at the LA since surely he has it to watch since it was MC last game.
