  1. Davis said on his radio show today, it was part of his secret plan to end the first half. Said he had several injured on kickoff return, and wanted to get half over before the had to receive again. According to him, if they had ended the half as it was that starting 2nd half they wouldn't have had a running clock anymore.

  2. pedo, i am quite disappointed in your comment about umpires; i thought you understood that stereotyping was a sign of ignorance, but apparently i was wrong. i know some really good umpires that don't "suck." and by the way, it is very unprofessional of you to use that vulgar term.

He's too busy calling out youth coaches in the paper, to worry about his own behavior.

  3. It was a great game, that is what i am saying. Ooltewah is a very good team which means that we beat a good team! so what is wrong with that

That's not what you said "alltheway." You need to calm down on the bragging, them words don't taste good going back down. You should have all the confidence in the world that you are going to win, but you don't need to broadcast it to everyone.

  4. Tullahoma better count its blessings. Columbia owned em like their daddy. How many more spankings do they want to take. And lets face it, how lucky were they to escape Siegel. Two walks and an error led to all runs. If they make state, they will get two embarassing whuppings. Just shows you once again how screwed up the TSSAA playoff system is.

Its people like you that make it hard for Tullahoma fans to pull for Columbia in the post-season. I still hope the Lions make it to the State tournament, because I have a lot of admiration and respect for Coach Pickle. I know how hard he's worked for the past several years and he's been an outstanding coach for a long time. I realize fans like you are in the minority. There's no doubt Columbia is a better baseball team than Tullahoma. The Lions have proved that on the field, but Tullahoma has come a long way from a team that won only 5 games the previous season. A win tonite would give the Cats 30 wins on the season and a trip to the State tournement. Coffee Co is a bigger rivalry for the Cats, but I haven't seen any Red Raider fans on Coach T bashing Tullahoma. This is one of the biggest baseball games in the history of Coffee Co, if not the biggest. Coach Chase Jones is one of the most underated coaches in Middle Tn and I'm sure the Cats will get their best effort. If the Coffee Co wins and goes to the State, then I wish them the best of luck. Coach Brad White and his assistant coaches are to be congratulated on getting Tullahoma back where the program used to be during Coach Jerry Mathis tenure.

I disagree with it being biggest game in history, we have been to State before. It's just been a while. ( i was there then)

  5. DO YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE MISSING SEVERAL NAMES FROM YOUR LIST? NICOLE BARNES FROM TULLAHOMA, HILLARY LEFTRICK-SHELBYVILLE, JILLIAN KING-SHELBYVILLE,COURTNEY SMITH-SHELBYVILLE(MVP)

This list is All-Touney, not all district. 1gr8fan I think you're getting them confused.

  6. How late in the day are games added? I see a game got added to to boys big ones sometime up in the day yesterday. I didn't see it added until it was too late. Just curious, guess I better remember ot check back in the afternoon from now on.

  7. That's the way I see it.  CC must be a Vanderbilt Commode Doors fan!

No, but I do like the quote in your signature, although it's not my favorite of his.

"If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride - and never quit, you'll be a winner. The price of victory is high but so are the rewards."

  8. Since when?  If you'e ever heard a press conference after a loss, you would know that he ALWAYS blames himself for mistakes.  On the other hand, when they win or he looks great in a game, he credits his line and his receivers for making his job easier.  You need to start watching things objectively instead of hatin' on Peyton!

I'm not judging from the (scripted)statements he makes after the games. I'm judging it on his actions on the field. But, you're right I'll always be a peyton hater.

  9. Peyton is not one to point fingers or mudsling.

No he's not. It's absolutely hilarious to watch him throw his little tantrums when things don't go his way though. Actually, I guess he does point fingers though every time he throws an incompletion, it's always the receivers fault.

  10. Oakland[/url'>' date='Jan 18 2005 - 03:16 PM']yes because i created this topic for 1 reason, and it wasnt for u siegel boys to trash it up, so dont be suprised if you try to post on this thread and it gets deleted

Pretty hypocritical, after you get on threads all the time that have nothing to do with Oakland, and throw you're Oakland references around. It's obvious this site is going downhill fast, when you are allowed to be a moderator.
