Funny know one talks about the girl from KY that Pickett Co. got this year or that Molly Heady moved to Clarkrange this year. These girls and Families move to better their chances of playing for a better team and getting a scholarship for college. The sooner everyone gets over the fact that players and their families don't get recruited the better off we will be. Congrats to Pickett Co. on a well deserved win. And as for Clarkrange, I hope that the team goes as far as possible but some of their fans that were having their own celebration because JC got put out, You are very CLASSLESS!

They Have Bowman and Garland who are guards, Most the time they start Stafford at post, and then a Freshman, Warden at point guard

Does anyone know if Westmoreland had 2 starters to get hurt in the regular season? Are they back to playing now if so?

I just want to be clear. I didn't say that penetrating would knock off CR. Like Dreambig said though that is the way to breakdown a zone. If any team will do this they will be able to hang more with CR.

Wow. Sorry I said what I thought. I am pretty sure that you come on hear and say what you think. I am pretty sure the reason CR held JC to 8 points was because JC couldn't have thrown one in the ocean in the first half. CR defense did take JC out of their groove. All you have to do is penetrate to the foul line and pull up for a jumper. If CR and JC meet again you will see that more or should see it more. Hopefully JC will be hitting that night. I just observed the other night that CR can be beat. I wasn't sure they could until I saw the district tourney game. I just want to say that CR has a great team and is very well coached. And Molly Heady is a wonderful player and I am glad to see her get MVP. She earned it. You can't blame a JC fan for wanting to see their team win though.

Well I hate to bust up this love fest, but if Gboro can hit some 3s and the refs will call Heady and Snow for being camped out in the 3 point lane, CR and JC might be a closer game. I hate to sound like a sore loser but JC didn't get a single call from the refs. Leonard walked a couple times that she got away with but other than that the refs called for CR. Granted CR would have still won this game but it would have been alot closer. Congrats to both teams on getting to the regions

Granted Lamar is a wonderful coach but he has a team that is loaded, but Jim Brown is one of the best coaches around also and I have seen him take teams that were no where near as loaded as CR and win State Championships. I think this game will be very vanilla for both teams. It doesn't really matter who wins. Now the region might be more of a game if both teams make it.

I think that CR has an excellent team, but if you remember Jackson co. beat livingston 4 or 5 times in 1999 and then got beat in the State Finals. It is hard to keep beating a team over and over. Good luck to JC and CR.
