  1. Congrats to Unaka 17-0 I think, Unicoi County 4-0? and Daniel Boone 6-2 (I know for sure as I was at that one - Ariel Dye hit a mammoth grand slam in the 6th to ice it for Boone) for your victories. Good luck Wednesday to all 3.
  2. thumb Good luck to Unaka, UC, And Daniel Boone in your quest to go West (State). Good to see Unaka come back and take 2 from UH with Musick showing why she is one of the most complete pitchers in the area. If the Lady Rangers can score a few runs they can be very dangerous. UC seems to have the most complete team IMHO with both hitting and pitching above average. If they have a chink in their armour it may be their D, not bad mind you but not quite as good as their bats. Boone has some very strong bats ,play very well in the field and are coached up about as good as any team I've seen personally this year. Pitching will be the Key(s) for the real DB. Good luck to all district 1 teams. thumb
  3. Oops I submitted twice sorry
  4. I coach a 10U team based out of Carter County. Its our first season together and I have more 8 and 9 year olds than 10's. I would love to find an experienced pitcher to go with what will be a strong team (once we get a few games under our belt). We've played in 2 tournaments so far and will play around 6-8 more this summer. Is there anyone in the Upper East TN area who might know of an experienced player who wants to improve there game this summer and play some travel(limited distances) ball? If so please contact me asap. David 423-571-8936 Carter County Ramblers
