Thanks Steven for pointing out my handball. I don't know how the refs didn't see that. Your whole defense stopped on the play and I just kept playing and played a long ball to Kit who put it in for us. He did all the work for the goal. I just got lucky on the handball. We scored though and thats some improvement from the last time we played you. CSAS vs. Grace will be a good matchup though. You should beat Boyd pretty easily. They play rough, but don't have much skill. Good luck to you.

Do you Ooltewah people think that PK against us(CSAS) tonight was a good call? It looked like he got all ball, but I couldn't really tell. Without that and our own goal we would've tied 1-1. 3-1 is still not a bad loss. You capitalized on our mistakes with the early goal and the pk. Good game though.

So does anyone know for sure if he can play in the next game or not? Cause we (CSAS) are their next game so it would be helpful to know if he'll be out there or not. We still got another week till we play them cause of spring break, but i was just wondering.

I don't believe Boyd is overlooked at all. We (CSAS) beat them handily with a 2-0 win. It was 2-0 at half and we should of had more, but their defense stepped it up the 2nd half. All their defense does it kick the ball as hard as they can, so its hard to control the ball on the offense half of the field. Their midfield and forwards are decent, but they only got like 2 good shots off the whole game.

We (CSAS) play them tomorrow night, so we'll see how good they really are. They have played a few decent teams and tied them. There defense must be strong since they haven't given many goals up. I guess we'll see tomorrow though.

Does anyone have any predictions on the game? It will be March 30th @ CSAS at 7:30. This has always been a good matchup between the two teams and in the past it has ended with a 1 goal differential. The last time we played CCS was in the Region Championship which ended in penalty kicks, with CCS winning. In preseason these two teams were ranked 2nd and 6th in the state in A/AA so it should be a close game.

Vestavia: 2 CSAS:1 Vestavia was a good team with a lot of talent. The game started to get really physical towards the end and a few yellow cards were handed out, but it ended up being a pretty well played game. The game was tied at half 0-0 and Vestavia came out strong scoring 2 goals, and then we scored on a PK. They had a lot of size which our team doesn't really have, but we were able to keep up with them to make it a good game.

Does anyone from Ooltewah have any info on Vestavia? We (CSAS) play them tomorrow so I was just wondering if you could give some info on their team. Thanks.

I think CSAS will be a pretty good team this year and hopefully make it back to state. We lost three amazing players; Derek Pickett our goalie, Elliot Anderson, and Allen Medearis who both played in the middle. They were all best of preps so it will really hurt our team losing them. We will still have a stong starting 11, but it will be different without those 3 players. It's hard to tell this early in the season, but we'll see in about a month how good we really are.

Robbie Miller or "glu" for Notre Dame is a great goalie. He was awesome in the select state tourney last year against Diadora Impact like PPC said. He can make some amazing saves. Also, Trey Meyer is great too. I believe they will be the top two goalies in Chattanooga this year.
