Hey guys, naw the game wasn't that lob-sided we had our opportunities and they had theirs. Granted they had more than we did they did better with them. Our defense is young and inexperienced and i think they learned alot from this game. We aren't used to gettin beat like that but i think our team will grow from it. We are young right now being down 2 or 3 starters and so i think when we get them back all this playin the "non-usual starters" are getting will help us in the when it comes down to it.

Hey- Yes Grace can hang with CPA if they get back and don't let them run on them. CPA beat them by 15 cause the Grace guys just weren't ready for CPA's running game in the 1st half of the 1st game and they dug a hole they couldn't get out of. Don't think too much about the first round game- i have been to every one of grace's games and that is the worst i have seen them play. They did what they had to do to get the win but it was ugly. No-one shot well and defense was kind lacking. Grace will come out alot sharper and more poised against CPA it will a good "dog fight"

Hey- i just found out abou Nick- Bad sprain- he will be off it for a few days.. he has till next wendsday so don't count that kid out he's a fighter, if the game was 2morrow he would play but he a fulll week so... holla at my boys they headed to the BORO

Hey- yeh they were up 17 at half-time my frined called me from the game- i don't know anythin about nick's ankle but i can find out gimme a few minutes

HOLLA ATCHA BOYS- GRACE WINS IN OT- that gym was packed as heck, the game was awsome, and you could have asked for a better ending. like people said it was grace's turn after loosing 9 straight to Temple. we should have beat them the teo games in the reg season. there was so many people in there and it was so cold out side that all the glass dorrs and windows were fogged up- my boy nick van-horn played his best game of the season and it was the only game he stayed in a game B/C of foul trouble he was determined to play out of his mind and he did just ask all the grace fans that stormed the Temple court chanting NICKY V- MVP my boys will make a run and we will see what happens oh yeh- they only start 1 senior and have 3 more that don't play- they start 3 sophmores and a junior get ready for them next year

The goal was earned only b/c drew beat his man... the goal by timmy my lil stister could have put in. i'm not takin anythin away from drew he made a good move and a great pass but the goal wasn't special. in fact our sweeper had a chance to clear the ball but was reluctant to cause the same scenerion happened with 2 minutes left in our district final and he went to hit it away with his left foot and put in an own goal that made us loose... you make it seen like it's such an honor to play "the great CCS" when the fact of the matter is that your school keeps you about ten people below the minimum amount of students to move up into the next division so that you can keep winning against smaller schools... you guys have nine-hundred ninty sumthing in your high school- we have less than 2 hundred so if your gunna brag about beatin us, then it's like a 18 year old braggin about beatin a 12 year old in a fight- the fact that the 12 year old almost beat should tell you sumthing. And i hope we meet you in the region so that we can really see how much better, if at all, you are at every position you are than us, cause i guess the only way to actually know is to get on the field and play

The keeper that was mentioned earlier that transfered to cleveland is ALL HYPE. i went to a camp with him... he wears the right clothes has the right look to be a keepr but holy crap when he gets near a goal stand back- it'z ugly. if the kid dove on his stomach one more time during training i was gunna ask him to stop cause it was too painful for me to watch... i will admit he's athletic but you have to be more than athletic to be a keeper or any other type of player in soccer. they have 2 good keepers tyler bahn and another kid i forget his name but i think cleveland should start tyler - prolly the most physical keeper i've ever seen and he can make some great saves... but he is still my back-up in select

"The Glu is a junior just like me- the keeper form ooltewah played for grace on our indoor team cause i was playin with my select team and they needed a keeper- i went to some of their games and i wasn't to impressed but indoor is diffrent so i guess we will see

I would agree with you that Golden is a good player but i think Jake is over-rated as i said in another post under best players in DII- The keeper from ND is robby miller i played with him when we were like 12 and he was the best select keeper in TN but it seems since then people have caught up and surpased, i'm not sayin he isn't good any more but i think he could have ended up alot better but like 13-15 he never got better so that'z what i think

Hey i think Jake Dougher is over-rated. I think he is great with a ball and has a wicked shot but i think that any good defender could break him down- like my boy tempe

Who does everyone think is the best all around player in chattanooga? I would have to go with my boy Tempe. Good understandin of the game, great skill, nothing fancy he's tough to beat and impossible to defend- post your thoughts

hey i wasn't sayin that drew and gabe were the only good players, just that i didn't know of any others.... but our schedule will be tough. we play ooltewah and baylor midseason and we were gunna play mcCallie but our schedules were messed up. we are tryin to get a game with mcminn so that is a few tuff games. we usually play the tuff CCS team but for sum reason the coach didn't schedule us... we haven't gotten our full schedule yet but that'z all i know about (dave help me out if you know of more) how bout you guys

Hey people i would like to say that Grace will be good this year with 7(5 of which are juniors that have started since 9th) returning starters and the addition of 2 new starters the other 2 starters will be people who saw significant time all of last year and will fill in without missing a beat. We lost to CCS in the 1st round in regions last year (2-1 in the last 2 min) but how many people did they lose... and how many of there good players are back... tell me who else is good besides gabe and drew. I think people should really reevaluate our team and look at it for what it was and is- good. i guess we will see when we play baylor and ooltewah during the season if they really should be ahead of us...
