Tyson Hamilton for Kingston has 4 in 2 games & is averaging a homer every other at bat

Rob Wright isn't anything of a pitcher I believe we beat him 18-5 last year. & the roatation for Kingston will be Mills, Hamilton, Wade, Adams, and then whoever

I know they aren't really close to knox but I was wondering if anyone knew if Campbell county was any good?

I believe Kingston will have a very good pitching staff this year ...we have about 5-6 pichers that throw over 80.

Back to the first page ....Kingston doesn't need Josh Wade to catch ...he will be starting in centerfield ....kingston had a new kid move in that catches

Yeah I agree with guesswho.....we have a coach that played for TTU & all he preaches is to work out your legs & abs & do light arm workouts .....we probably run around 15 miles a week & do about 2500 abs ....we also do the long toss & stretch band workouts too

all the talk about the tigers....well I gotta say I have played baseball with or against about all of them since I was about 6 & I gotta they are all some heck of some players & I hope to see them go deep into the post season ....but I gotta say mcreary is the hardest worker on that team & he has a really good workout plan & I will be looking forward to going & watching him & hopefully playing against him at faulkner
