I have seen most of these guys for a few years now. One name that nobody is mentioning is Brad Benefield from Riverdale. I had him as a freshman last year and the sky is the limit for this kid when he learns how to harness all that talent. I coach Michael House in the summer and I saw where somebody said he throws in the mid to upper 80's. Michael is a very good pitcher, but please, he TOPPED OUT for me last summer at about 82. That is not a slam on Michael, it is just that 82 from the left side at the high school level is a little harder than most people even realize. It seems like when somebody is throwing 80 in high school, everybody wants to say mid-upper 80s or even 90. There is a BIG difference between these. Cookeville has a lot of talent coming up and with Messer at Lebanon, they will win some games they shouldn't even be in. Oakland will be there also,Brad Robinson is coming along well, I spoke with him a couple of weeks ago. One more thing, Blackman has a House and Price, but who is going to catch them? Kerley graduated and not much experience back there.
