Should be a heck of an atmosphere at Patriot Gym Monday night. Any thoughts on the game? I personally invite Blackman, Riverdale, and even Siegel students to come out and support a fellow Rutherford County school. We all know we are all friends off the court since most of us went to middle schools and elementary schools together. Beware of Hulk Hogan!

Case Opened: Oakland had kicked a starter off their team less than a week prior to the previous meeting AND 2 starters from the region championship game were not eligible. Oakland is winning by 13+ points the last 4 games against 4 district champions. RCHS is "winning" by -0.75 points the last 4 games against 2 district champions, 1 runner up, and 1 dead last place team. And, just my opinion, any team that throws a game, shouldn't be in this position anyway.

I might agree that Blackman is one of the best two teams in the region, but Oakland beat Blackman 3 out of 5 times and beat Riverdale 2 out of 3 times, so how could they possibly not be better than those 2. Oakland beat Riverdale by 60 points in the last 2 games and Riverdale won by 3 points the 1st game. Check your facts, I am sure you were probably at the games, just hoping to forget them. But to answer the original question, Shelbyville will have a chance to win only if they can push the ball and get transition baskets. They will have to rebound better than they did against Lebanon and Oakland too.
