OMG thats terrible... They will be in my prayers! I hope all of them are gonna be alright! I heard there was a girl whose leg was caught. Does anyone know about that???? If she is ok or anything?

Coach Raymond Farmer is our distance coach. Coach Michael Kyle is our Mid-distance coach, and Coach Case is the sprinter and field coach. One of the big reason we havent been real competitive is because we never had the numbers until this year. We had a lot more people come out for track this year, and it doesnt hurt to have all our girls distance runners from Cross Country run track. We did get 3rd at State so that it a big help to the team. And we have a lot of really talented freshmen sprinters come out. Our mid-distnace is coming along...i am a mid-distance runner and we just dont have that many people so we have to pull from the distance a lot, but we have good enough times to make it to the vol track classic so we must be doing something right. We are hoping to get some good results this year.

Morristown West is looking to be strong this year..We have strong distance and sprinters and field people. We have a lot of kids on the team and are looking a lot better than last year. We havent had a really strong team in the past few years and this year we are looking really strong.

I run the 400 and 4X400 and whenever our coach feels like it he throws our 4X400 team into the 4X800 relay. Our fastest guy in the 800..i mean i dont think he is like up to region times yet, but he is showing potential..i think he is shooting for 2:00, but i think he has only gotten 2:05 maybe 2:09 i am not sure. He is working really hard to get better. He hasnt been beat yet, but we havent gone up against any big teams so, i think once he gets up against better people that will push him and his times will be better. We are gonna be at the Snake Evans Relays this weekend so we will see what he does there. He also runs the 4X400 and the 4X800.

Morristown West will be there....and the people who are going do have the times...only around half maybe little more of our team is going. Our 4x400 and 4x800 girls and guys teams will be there.

West has a girl Lamar who can run a 12.5 100 meter..she will continue to improve as the season goes on...Our 400 girls havent has the times they have been hoping for this season. I know my times havent been where i have wanted them to be. We had a girl Alex Frary run the 400 open the other night for the 1st time and ran a 64 which isnt too bad at all.

What events do you run Runnerboy..we have a pretty good 800 guy on our team at West..he is a sophomore this year and just continues to get better every meet.

A count down hmmm sounds fun! What shall we name it...let me think...oh i know how about, Countdown to the day Red81 sticks his foot in his mouth. I think that is a good name..i might think of a better one later. As the days go on Red81 will say something stupid and we can rename it!

Yea i heard he is gonna be modeling for Calvin Klein too..I would have loved to see him on the walls of Abercrombie though! He is sooo hott! Well i hope to be seeing him in the catalog soon showing that skin of his! OOo Baby! :justwrestle:

What about the girls? We had a girl Alex Frary ran 64 in the 400 and it was the 1st time she has ever ran it. I know it is not like an awesome time, but it is very good for the 1st time. She also ran the 4x800 and the 4x400 last night as well and did awesome in both events. She also runs the mile and the open 800. She is an all around athlete.

Ben Owens is an amazing running...real talented....Red81 you more than likely havent heard about him because your so overly involved with jeff. that you must have missed him.To bad..you missed a truely talented man.

Red81-MMM i bet that foot tastes pretty good! Well i guess your lead dog isnt much of a leader anymore...what a shame..man it must hurt to be so wrong. 100 points man...shew..the future is looking bright for the Lady trojans track team and not so bright for Jeff...i did hear they werent trying their hardest but by a 100 points..man they must have been walkin around that track..So i would like to see you talk your trash now..Their winning streak came to an end last night...

Red81 you got a big mouth and i hope you have a big foot to match it..because soon that foot will be in your mouth! jc1..dont forget about our mid and our long distance team we are on top of it and ready to kick some butt this year...we are gonna be awesome...Its not always just about the Sprinters and the Field People. i am very optimistic about the meet today and i am praying for a win.

Red...you are just full of it i swear....you think Jeff. is awesome..well this year West is gonna be the team..and man you are just gonna have to get over whatever complex you have with West and just face it. It is SO ON!

He is mostly talking about Track "jefferson"...considering that is what the thread is about.. Yea we are the team to watch this year...and the Lady Trojans are gonna work their hardest this year to take confrenece ...but i am not saying we will..it will be a fight this year for the 1st time since i have been in High School and i am a senior now...sad...We have so much talent on the team, not to mention we have the numbers this year too...We meet Jeff. for the 1st time today and it is gonna be an intresting meet.. Good Luck to both teams!
