WC15, looks like Coach Hamilton is a product of Coach Hardee's 15 years at WC. I'd say he's been along for the ride. As Coach Hardeee stated in a tough loss this year "good players win games and bad coaching losses them" Well. WC haven't lost many! Mark my word, Warren Co. better enjoy this 'cuz they will now be a one hit wonder. As Invasion stated early all teams in this distict better enjoy it while it last because they all will get their lunches ate in the next round!

Just what Cookeville fan/fans whined? I was there from 4:15 to 7:30 at the field and seen no such actions except normal fan support for their team. When the game was over all was said and done. I don't beleive the coach was "showed up" , he's take a 1-5-1 team and made them competive in 1 year. It's easy to post stuff on the pages when theirs no face to go with it and you can put your own spin on things.

It might be wise to let Cookeville and Warren Co. play before Riverdal is even mentioned in the mix. A win by Cookeville will wrap up 2nd seed for them in the district.

Cookeville made some changes after district play started that has stepped up the offense and defense is sound. Everyone is pumped for this one.

Well if U look at numbers Ckvl opponents are 96-76-24, WC's are 53-52-22. I beleive the level of competion has been higher for Ckvl having already played the #1 & #7 teams in the state. 1 loss was a forfeit due to no buses available to go to Soddy Daisy. All that being stated, it is all pretty much on the line for both teams.

Update: Ckvl 4-1 beat Riverdale 1-0.

Up and coming freshmen getting good varsity minutes is Chris Sloan, Cookeville.

Cookeville is 3-1 in district play. lost to siegel 2-1. Wins over White Co., Lebanon, and Oakland. They play Riverdale today 4/22.

ccjv05, if you happened to see the chs/farraguet game and chs/franklin games over the past weekend you may have to rethink. I didn't say players I said sophmore player.

I'll have to go with Blake Walker of Cookeville High School, 2 yr varsity defensive starter. speed , toughness, leadership and will show offensive abilty on runs when needed.
