1. Alright whats the deal with Tully now? Weather/Sickness? whats really going on with my old Alum. I hate. Absolutely Hate seeing my team not even getting to play.

MJUHB please pm me if this is something too bad for the boards, I've tried to call richie but haven't gotten through. Please somebody fill me in as to whats going on with Tullahoma.

  2. Poor blackman...this is how these things start...Soon enough Blackmans integrity will be called into question again...they played like that and got alot of cards a few years ago..then everyone that played them was out for blood..ref's started being bias'd...

I'd hate for that to happen agian to such a talented group.

Come on Blackman..you gotta know your team, especially, just cant' get away with that kinda stuff for a few years...

  3. Tullahoma always finds a way to be good. They lose EVERYTHING and they're back next year. Its a tradition that Chadwick seems pretty intent on keeping. Though Dylan and Cameron are gone, Pedro, Jesse, and Jose maybe an underclassman or two will fill their spots. Boland will come into his own this year and be a real force in the back.

Tullahoma always finds a way, though I don't know if they'll be champs this year, they'll be in the championships.

  4. Well..Id be really happy If I was the Hume Fogg coach reading all this. They are going to be on fire when they hear all this trash. If you guys are actually CAK fans I'd say you would be wiser to try to say it will be a close match. You're only going to make Hume Fogg play better with all this.

  5. Some other Key players whose teams did well:

    Backstrom - Farragut

    Walker - Bearden

    Reed - Blackman

    Yah- Science Hill

    Sixtos - Independence

    Putman - Cookeville

    Brown - Hendersonville

    Moorad - Ravenwood

    Chumjock - Gallatin

    Dent, Jacobs - Brentwood

  6. QUOTE(nick27 @ May 10 2007 - 10:55 PM) 826457030why are these being posted??? Counter productive. The kids that receive the honor that is great, but I do not think that

disecting these types of things has a positive impact.

Well I was a midfielder last year and we didn't have a midfielder MVP, so this is why I was wondering. Sorry if you feel that my post was counterproductive, but after the list has been named, any new information is in fact relevant, so unless you didn't know that there wasn't a midfield mvp last year then you wouldn't have a reason to complain. Not counter productive.

  7. Cam's definitely got bad luck in the cards department. Sad thing is..he doesnt even mean for it to happen! He just plays so hard that other people yield to him, creating the illusion of a foul..but thats life haha. I like to say thats where all My cards came from too...but..the tapes say otherwise haha.

  8. Refs from 8-AAA have always seemed to had a grudge against Tull. Players. It may be just me...and my extreme bias against the system from last year, but I bet Mathis had his hand in this too. Seems just a bit too much like an athletic director conspiracy to me lol

  9. How can you say so much about sure powerhouse teams when this year has been a real testament to the strength of several different teams spread across different districts.

    AAA-

Id say that West Tennessee is just about the only one that has a Sure-fire winner. Houston and Collierville.

East and Middle are a really diverse group this year. To say that Hendersonville is going to make it, is really a leap of faith. Its a strong possibility that they might not even make it out of their district. Same goes for Brentwood, though they have a better chance than hendersonville, they still have a very tough district.

List of possible middle tennessee state attending teams: Brentwood, Ravenwood, Indy, Franklin, Centennial, Hendersonville, Lavergne, Gallatin, Wilson Central, Blackman, Cookeville, Siegal, Riverdale, Tullahoma

Same goes for East Tennessee. Though Farragut and Bearden are always heavy favorites, they have very serious competition in their own district that could change the outcome of that area.

Possible East Tennessee Teams: Bearden, Farragut, Knox west, Oak Ridge, Maryville, South Doyle, Science Hill, Dobyns.

All im saying is that its more of a toss-up than years before, its really coming down to who gets the lucky games, and who comes to play Every game. Its gonna be great to follow.

  10. With the way things are going in district 7, Tullahoma has a fairly good chance of FINALLY making it to a region final, since the last 3 years have been major disappointment/upset/disappointment(s)... hopefully Tully will bring it in May, take care of business in the District, and put Cookeville away in the semi's. PLEASE let that be what happens haha

  11. With the way you guys have been playing WC, your school should really think about stopping the whole "we just take last in the district every year" deal you guys have with district 7. I feel especially bad for you guys this year, with a win over Riverdale..I hope you guys can change that in the future.

  12. QUOTE(jordan11 @ Apr 2 2007 - 06:33 PM) 826428497i would say blackman is definitly the most talented team as they have been for the previous 4 years its all about if they come ready to play every game and if they are then they will be on top of district 7aaa all year

I dont necessarily think Blackman is the most talented team in the district, nor has it been for the past 4 years...Cookeville/Riverdale/Blackman are all up this year, it's going to be a tough district tournament.
