Im not sure why anyone would want Cave to start ahead of Locke. Cave came in against Lebanon's 2nd and 3rd string, and threw 2 INTs. From what I understand he also threw 3 or 4 INTs in the Lebanon J.V. game. Does this sound like a player you wold want to start at 5A varsity level? Locke is much more dangerous on the ground....so stick with him. The Line Riverdale - 56 Blackman +56 Who would you take?

Well the Blaze still cant score. Without a 60 int return from Mimms against oakland, they woulda got beat. The Most the blaze have scored in a game is 21 against Lincoln Co. Lebanon will score 38 and I see no way the blaze will score that much. Blackman has great skill position players on offense, so WHATS THE PROBLEM? Last week here is a rundown of ALL the plays called. And in reference to Amburgey, remember Justin was a Senior when he was at Blackman, he had transferred from Shelbyville...And remember Locke is just a Sophomore. Here is a find..I found this while on the Blaze Football Website.. According to stats... Blackman has out rushed its opponents 888 yds to 875 yds this season. How can they do this and still be 1-5 (Coaching????) Also, the common team both Oakland and the BLaze have played is Lincoln County. The Blaze rushed for 318 and only gave up 113 on the ground to LC. Locke should start at QB, and it has nothing to do with his dad. Cave is not hurt and hasnt been hurt.. Cave is as SOFT as they come. If he doesnt do well, he folds like a cheap tent...Did you see him at Brentwood...AWFUL Enough QB controversy...the coaches wont let them throw anyway..so they should start a kid with toughness and heart..and thats locke. Cave has neither.
