    CPA vs NCS

Didnt say we were a powerhouse...but we sure beat the heck outta FRA. We scrimmaged them and we prob scored 8 80 yrd TD's out of about 20 plays from the line of scrimmage...so dont be sarcastic.
  3. Why you think it wil be more intense b/c it was moved up a day?
  4. im thinkin it doesnt matter. both of these teams are jokes!

CPA! They will absolutly tear NCHS to peices! I'm not trying to be harsh but im only taking a peek into reality. FRA is a horrible team and they beat NCHS!

    ND WINS!

JPII played them like two weeks ago and we were up 20-0 goin into the fourth...we started puttin 2nd's in on defense and yall made a little comeback, but honestly the game coulda been worse.
  7. can't wait until tomorrow...i think this is gonna be a very intense game though...ne thing can happen this year.
  8. gershom did somethin really stupid at the end of the last school year and got kicked out...but we have had a sophomore step and is doin really well at his position.
  9. So you are one of those twins
  10. Oh yea...did u play much last year?
  11. Yea, im excited, and thanks. You said u played last year...what did you play and why aren't you playing this year?
  12. I play left guard, but last year I played left tackle so I didnt really have to block him.
  13. Well, I'll be blocking him so don't feel too sorry, lol. I cant wait for the matchup.
  14. So...what about this Jeff Jolly...what kind of player is he?
  15. I think it helps their endurance and stamina. You'd think it would be the opposite.
  16. Golden plays CB, punter, RB some, WR, PR, KR, so he's on the field about 90% of the time. We have alot of kids that play both ways.
  17. Does Nick play defense too?
  18. Golden is so amazing...if he's around the ball some good things happen. He's still young so he makes mistakes but he is...well...amazing. Is Nick a senoir or junior this year.
  19. Kelen see the addition to my previous post.
  20. I look forward to the Tate and McFadden matchup. It also makes me a little wary because your team was so explosive last year and I hope we have grown enough as a team to handle what we couldn't last year. Golden is only a sophomore and has other talent in that class that start and perform well. The Junior class is very talented as well. We have several freshman that add depth too. We are becoming a well rounded team in only our second varsity year. I must say we have a great senior class (the 1st one). They are gritty and determined. All of our seniors left other programs where they could be playing, like Father Ryan, and winning like Gallatin, Hendersonville, White House, and Greenbriar to name a few. They came to JPII as sophomores and have grown to be great leaders for the school. If we can fight with their heart and strength of determination then we will go far this season to gel as a veteran team- and if we win a few along the way and go into the playoffs then so be it. I hope we can win for them.
  21. I hope we're not cocky. If we are believe me Coach Brothers will bring us back to reality. He hates to lose. Again if we prepare well and execute well we have a chance (a fairly good chance) to win, but it will take minimal mistakes and incredible focus to win. Not cocky just determined to execute and win.
  22. I hope we have learned from last year that a week is a week and then it is over. We have to start again this week preparing for a great opponent and with good preparation and "our refs" (lol) we can pull a win off.
  23. Thanks Kelen. Speedy maybe you can watch the film and try to improve instead of blaming the refs. I too think that JPII has been a victim of poor calls at times but I have to remember that tomorrow is another day to fight. Please don't be bitter, good sportsmanship is the hallmark of a good athlete. Good luck in week 4. By the way Speedy didn't you say: "This is my game of the week. Looks to be very interesting. I'm sure PJP will be favored, especially after last year's result. It'll come down to which defense is better prepared for the other's offense...PJP must stop the passing attack of Sweeney and FCS, while FCS must stop the running attack of PJP. I think the team that is most prepared in that regard wins the game. Don't write either team off just yet..." So maybe just maybe JPII was better prepared.
