I couldn't agree with you more mickeymantle.Finally someone that isn't bashing Mt.Juliet softball.And to drknows.I wasn't bashing anyone.You have to be positive if you expect to move on after close friends have left your team.Truthfully I miss ya'll alot and I am sorry if anything I have said has offended you.And I hope you won't hold anything against me MK if thats who I think it is, or anyone else that I have offended.

TO graceeileen I'm not badgering anyone I'm just stating my opion just like you have.Why don't you say what you think and I will say what I think.If I have something I want to say I will and if you have a problem with it then I really don't care.

I agree with you lpmarlowe.I think pretentiousquip needs to shut up seeing as how they don't know whats going on.No one is bashing anyone we just think it was a horrible thing to do to her teammates.So why don't you just keep your comments to yourself unless you know all the details.

I agree mickeymantle.Mt.Juliet looks like they are going to be great without the girls that quit.They are doing quite well and are scheduled to play Wilson Central tomorrow.I think they will put up a great fight and might even surprise alot of people.

I'm sure it won't help the girls get a scholarship with the college coach knowing that they quit their high school softball team because they had some differences and couldn't work them out between the coach.

I would have to agree with you bonero23.I think the team has gotten closer ever since the first game after the three quit.The team is now playing as a unit and not as indviduals and that is something the team has never had.I look forward to how much closer the team will come and the team might surprise everyone in the district tournament.

I agree with you EzellSoftball04.It is alot easier to make everyone go by the same rules.I'm glad another player feels the same way I do.It is bad thing that the girls think that the answer to their problems is to quit the team.

The reason she was punished is because even though she missed the game for a good reason, its not fair to the girls that were out busting their butt at the games and practices that she missed.And if she wouldn't have been punished at all then there would have been more conflict between the whole team then to start with.Yeah I do think there should be exceptions to missing a game or practice but it would have just caused more problems.

Umpsrus I don't remember that ever being said in the huddle.Mt.Juliet wasn't doomed before the girls resigned either.Players are going to get punished no matter what reason they miss a game even if it is going to the hospital to see your grandfather YOU'RE GOING TO GET PUNISHED NO MATTER WHAT.And what did she stand up for, because I don't know?

I know Susan.I think she is one of the greatest people I know.But when she left the team she hurt her teammates more than she did anyone.Her team will do fine without her, but it would have been better if she would have stayed.I don't really know why she quit, but I was at a loss for words when I heard she quit.I played summerball with her and she uplifted the team.I guess she was pretty upset for her to quit the team.But I wish she just would have finished out the season insead of leaving her teammates stranded.But did it really help her quitting the team for a another girls reasons?It just hurt her teammates twice as bad cause both of them quit.I hope everything works out for Susan and I hope she continues to play softball.

I have to agree with you deadeye.I think that Coach Serbin was blamed for things that weren't even his fault.Instead of the other 2 girls going to Coach Serbin to try and talk things out they went staright to the atheletic director and handed in their jersey.They didn't even explain why they were quiting to the coach.In fact I'm not even sure why Susan and Meagan quit.I know that Melissa wasn't playing because her grandfather was in the hospital and she went to visit him and missed a game, so she was punished for it and didn't get to start the next game and the girl that was playing while she was gone stepped up and out played Melissa.Melissa was hitting around .150, the girl that took her position was hitting around .320, I dunno about ya'll but I would let the girl thats batting .320 play.It doesn't matter what you miss a game for but you will get punished for it no matter what the reason is.Coach Serbin is a great coach.I don't know why the girls didn't like him and couldn't work out whatever the problem was.He not only is a great coach but is a great person.He goes out of his way to get to know his players on a personal level and I know he would do anthing for them to help them out in anyway.

Yeah, we have been through a lot of bad times this year.We will be fine without the players that we losed.I hope we can all come together as a team now that the mess is out of the way.
