i know who u r jstone...i played against/with u all when i played for his oldest team...we just kept losing players until we had to break up...we had a good run there for a couple of years..never could beat warriors/impact in state though...they had our number...but yes...pedro made a lot of players what they are today (including myself)

wow...where was jared price with 6 goals today when they needed him....and im not real surprised at the csas score...their goalie seemed kind of weak from what i saw of him

you people kill me...i love how everyone disects every part of a post, especially when they have little knowledge except that they love the team the play for/root for....i agree with falcon...select is a completely different game from high school...i have seen plenty of great high school players that i didnt think were good select players...i know, because i played with allen medaris (played for csas last year...player of the year in chattanooga) i have nothing against allen..hes a good player...but he scored like 30 goals in high school..yet he barely scored ever for our select team...i just think jared is in that category...im sorry i offended any in the jared price fan club

ha...there is no doubt jared price is a great "high school" soccer player...i do think it takes away from the record when you score the majority of them against teams that i scored more than 1 goal against...but i also think you all take these conversations way too seriously

someone is obviously a little sore about the loss....cambo didnt say anything about boyd being better than ccs..its obvious thats not the case...but hes probably just tired of hearing you whine so much...ccs shouldve put csas away when they had the chance, and they shouldve finished better in their sectional game...they may have enough talent to win state, but they obviously didnt know how to put games away, so they dont deserve to be there....i also thought it was funny that ccs's parents were obnoxiously talking about who they would play in the sectional in the 1st half of the csas game....and they didnt have too much to say in the second half/overtimes.

yea..he is a fairly skilled player..but all we had to do was stick an average defender or two on him at all times..he got frustrated and all but quit

i just think it's interesting that grace is once again talking about how cheap and dirty the other team is...is grace the only clean-playing team in the area? just a thought

are mccallie and baylor the only teams with good soccer players in chattanooga? i would like to think not. jared price is an overrated player in my opinion. I have seen him play against quality defenders in select and he doesnt score the same 3-4 goals a game he gets against the in-the-middle-of-nowhere teams he plays in high school

I think some of the "unbiased" opinions so far have been extremely bias. Not only did i see the game, I was a part of it. The ref let the game get out of control early on, and then decided to pull out a card every other foul in an attempt to regain control. You obviously can tell I play for boyd, so there is no hiding that. but let me get one thing straight, there was no "dirty intentions" by our team before, during, or after the game. We were there to win a soccer game, and nothing more. We play hard, and sometimes our players get a little out of control. But as far as a lack of respect, how about we talk about the grace players going to parade around their fans while we were trying to shake their hands, and chanting things at our team while we were talking after the game. Just another opinion.
