!!!!

here is the deal.... ive had experience playing football for recreation department and ect and then i moved to dalton in the middle of football season in 6th grade.... so i couldnt play football in 6th.... in 7th grade i did not sign up because wrestling was more important to me..... in 8th grade i couldnt sign up because i thought id be too behind because i didnt play 6th and 7th... this year my coaches and friends finally convinced me to play so i guess ima do it. I love football , i love watching it and I love playing it..... just never on a team.... im just afraid ill show up on monday and look like an idiot..... i know allmy offense positions... but i still dont know my defense yet.... can someone help me out?

The last time ive plaid on an actual team was in 6th grade for the recreation department. What im wanting to know is a site that will help me out on types of defence.... types of offense.... basic plays.... definitions to some words... all the positions and ect ect... its not like i dont know how to play football.... im 5"8 and im 160 pounds. im not fat, ive wrestled since 4th grade so im in great shape. im not very fast but all i know is i can run the shuttle run the shuttle run in 8.8 and out of 20 people on the team probably only 7 of them can run it under 9.0. ive always wanted to play football for school since 6th but i dunno.... i guessed i always opted out.... i was suppose to go to football camp and ive missed 20 practices so im really behind... coach is letting me sign up late because he thinks im capable of being a good asset to the jv team. I just dont wanna be a total idiot when i get there on monday. i guess u guys could help me also if there is no websites... like whats a gasser? what are some basic plays? the positions and some definitions ect... im a freshmen btw and theres only like 15 freshmen on the JV team...
