BigDog...PLEASE don't tell me you are a Braves fan. If so, maybe that explains why the Franklin band plays the "tomahawk chop" so often...lol. Seriously, why do they play that song? Never makes sense to me. Maybe Rebel27 has an answer.

faninthestand...you are exactly right...the defense has been pretty. You are also dead on when you say that this bunch has unity, desire and a passion for success. These are characteristics of winners! Many would say these things can not be coached and I would partly agree. However, a coach can create an atmosphere that breeds these characteristics. The Rebels are fun to watch again. As in the past two years you never see any "quit" in them. Certainly the players deserve the credit for playing the game, but give Tim Johnson along with a fine staff, credit for helping create the atmosphere for success.

Something has happened at Franklin High school under Coach Tim Johnson...they have learned how to win. In many years past, the Rebels could be sitting 0-3 instead of 3-0. No, it has not been pretty, but wins are wins. They obviously do not have some of the horses they had last season, but they do know how to win. Rebels win another close one. What say you rebel27?
