Congratulations to ezell and their return trip to state, and for Moore County, you guys were good~ otherwise you wouldnt have made it that far. #10 is good by the way... isnt she up for Ms. Basketball?

clearly ezell poses some sort of threat if you keep droning on and on about how bad they are or recruiting or something.. i mean think about it, how many unnamed schools are scattered around here that are never mentioned because they are terrible? A few bad games and everyone goes crazy.. so heres some advice your mama should have given ya'll a long time ago Go Pick on someone your on size.

Ezell came out on top of DCA by quite a few.. but i dont really remember the score. and Yes.. Congratulations Mariska Reed on entering the 1000th point club..

THIS IS OUR HOUSE?? DCA needs to learn where they were. Towards the end of the game they started chanting that over and over agian... seeming to forget that Ezell girls just killed theirs by 20 or more points. The boys held a close game and due to some questionable officiating DCA came out on top. But there is no way that that is their house. Plain and Simple.

Congratulations on signing for Ohio Austen!! Yep, hes an all-around awesome guy and OSU is incredibly lucky to have him on board. We will miss him down south though.

YEAH GeeMan!!! haha the class of 2003 dominates the athletic world at Ezell... I'm proud to be a part of that. From the McCool girls to Slusher to the boys in question, the seniors this year are some all out athletes. C'mon guys, its their senior year... the boys team needed a little help, and the trio came to the rescue. If it were your school, you would have no problem with it would you? As a classmate to these boys, welcome back... as a fan of high school bball- GO EAGLES!!!

So if you want to be grammatically correct i suggest you take a trip to English III and when you get there, take out a dictionary and look up the word "bootay".. wait wait a sec! its not there! I would watch my own post before I critize someone else. I'm an ezellian tried and true and I can assure you that those girls love having fans like wolfPACK on their side.. He really knows his stuff. props to Jeffp for the excellent posting... It took a lot for these boys to say HEY! i wanna come back. The decision is not left up to the junkies on Coacht, but the administration, coach, and players of the basketball team. No one around here is whining that they havent played the whole season or whatever. It was a good decision for them to be able to come back and have a second chance.. no- employers may not give second chances, but Ezell is a christian school that teaches second chances are all we have to rely on sometimes. Everyone screws up and makes bad decisions, its just a part of life... these boys are just lucky that they were given a second chance.. as for everyone who is against this decision, go coach a high school team or become a board member or something and then your opinion will count to. Until then.. thats all it will be is an opinion.

as a senior at Ezell, I love your confidence!! I wish ya'll the best of luck for next season, and dont be to sad about this season- you guys did a wonderful job!! I would not have asked for a better football team..... looking forward to keeping up with your season next year from college.

guys... football season around ezell came to an end last week, a sad thing I must say but we know how to move on, and we are- its basketball time!!! So just let the eagles watch their hoops ok. oh btw, do you make it a habit kicking people when they are down? This is sad, get a heart.

Its in the 300 range for the whole school, about 85 kids in the senior class.

Congrats Austen!! Anyways... I'm a senior and Homecoming is one of the biggest events of the whole year- Why wouldn't football players be a part of it? This year, every escort but two were football players... that means 7 out of 9 of them. With a school as small as mine, you can't help but to have football players on the court. I don't see a problem with it at all. It is, after all, one of those things that you look back on after high school... why take that away from those boys just because they chose to play football? A

Shay...I got one bit of advice for you...get over it. It`s obvious that you either don`t like CPA, Coach Fisher, or his son. In case you didn`t know, Coach Fisher is a very famous person in Nashville.(or at least a big celebrity) What the heck did Chelsey Clinton ever do? Yet she is/was the most well known student from Stanford the past few years. It`s a common fact that celebrities kids get attention. BTW...Who scored CPA`s only touchdown?

Well, just maybe it isn't that obvious because I have nothing against CPA, Fisher, or his son....

And where do you think I have been if I didn't know Fisher was a "famous person in Nashville"? My goodness he's all over headlines and the t.v. and everything. But I digress, this was about his son who got attention b/c of who his father is. Yes, he got the only touchdown for CPA, and he deserved the attention for that, but calling it "another Music City Miracle"?? I mean come on now. But i guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. As for comparing him to Chelsea Clinton, I have nothing to say about it. No one even payed attention to her while he was in office.

BTW, I like your closing line, but might I emphasize the word ONLY. My boy Austin Henderson took care of that one didn't he!! HAHA GO AUSTIN!!

Speaking of Jeff Fisher, or Fischer however you wanna spell it, the game was televised friday night, as everyone is well aware of im sure. The little commentator guys couldnt get themselves past the fact that his SON!!! is playing for CPA. Nothing against his son, but there were a ton of other boys on that field with the same or more ability than his son and they just kept focusing on that. SO WHAT, I dont care if his dad is the head coach of the Titans, i want to see a little football. Please excuse my random outburst, but it just irritated me to no end the way that this boy was praised just because of what his dad happens to do for a living.

yeah, hes there and going strong. He is one of the best math teachers i have ever had, and I am sure that hes an awesome coach as well.

I was at the Upperman game the other night. I would like to share a couple of thoughts.

 

1) Yes, the margin of victory against an average team seemed to disguise the fact that we were pretty one dimensional.

 

2) What the heck is wrong with Antione Owens? He had better get his act together. He got mad at one of our linemen for presumably missing a block. Antione showed me nothing all night long except for a bad attitude. We don't need that at Ezell. Trust me on that one.

 

3) Why are we NOT handing off to speedy Kyle Todd? This kid can put some points on the board for us.

 

4) Positively speaking, Schlappi looks great and the Freshman QB (Huff, I think) was very impressive too. Blackburn is a wonderful athlete and perhaps the star on our team. (Keep it up AJ and thanks for your contribution.) Also, we had nice interception at the end of the game. I didn't catch the player's name though.

 

Eagles, you had better crank it up a notch. CPA will be ready for us. We need to get better quick. Don't take any team for granted.

 

PS: Upperman-you were classy fans and good sports. You had us rocking a bit on those early drives. Keep working hard.

Antione does not have a bad attitude. What in the world. He is very serious about his game (and we do need that at Ezell), but thats all. No bad attitude. Actually, he is a very sweet guy. Were you talking about Speedy or Kyle Todd? I am confused. Because they are two different people ya know. As for A.J., we are all very proud of him, but there is no "star" really. They go out and play as a team, and they bring home the victory as a team. Not to bring anything off of A.J. because he is an awesome ball player, but they are a team. I am so proud of the whole senior class this year, Antione, A.J., Chase, Will, Chris, Goolsby, and all the rest of you go out there and show CPA whats in you!!!

I expect nothing but the best from the eagles friday night. I think they will come out on top, but I dont know by how much. Lets go eagles!!!!
