  1. One game at a time. Please.
  2. I graduated in '87 and our school is still waiting for our slowest guy to finish his 40 time. I'll let you know when he does finish.
  3. Al Ward does a very good job on the PA. But there will never be anyone that can get fans fired up like Terry Leonard did. Bring him back for the Huntingdon game!
  4. Camden's Zach Brazzell runs a legitimate 4.4. He has proven it at two college combines. Pretty doggone fast. I only know one person in Camden that can outrun him. His daddy.
  5. Did anyone see the Channel 7 cameraman go down? He went down hard and the camera absolutely SLAMMED into the ground! Surprisingly, both him and the camera were ok. Wasn't the most exciting game I've witnessed, but coach Ward had a good plan. I kinda felt sorry for the Riverside players and fans. They didn't have much of a crowd and their scoreboard doesn't work. Seems like they don't have the same level of support that some of the other west TN teams have. But it still feels good to win! Remember folks, one game at a time!

Do we play Huntingdon tonight? I thought we were playing Houston Co. tonight. I don't think we play Huntingdon until week six and this is only week three. If our guys start looking ahead to Huntingdon, Camden will be going into week six with at least one loss. One game at a time. For now, I am ready for the tailgate party in Camden tonight at 5:45 pm. It will be behind the stadium and the High School lunchroom. If some of you Camden fans haven't been before, bring a dish to add to the spread and be ready to eat real good! After the tailgate party, I'll have my helmet and shoulder pads on just in case Coach Ward decides to let any volunteers from the stands hit the field!
  7. All Dyer Co. has to do is get the game film from Coach Ward in Camden. Hayes is a very good QB, but he is not one of the best in the state. And he is certainly not a gentleman when he loses, he is just a plain sore loser.
  8. The thing that scares me about this game is it seems that Houston Co. got hot after the loss to Camden last year. They went a couple rounds into the playoffs and I'm sure they have built on that. I'm not a big proponent of comparing scores, but we both seem to be pretty evenly matched when you look at our scores against Waverly. I think we better not be caught looking past Houston Co.! One game at a time. Dubya in '04 for four more
