tho..., Blackman's freshmen pitcher is Natalie Pappini. She played with the Warrior 14U team last summer. Along with her the new coaching staff will improve their game. Mr. Gregory has been around the game for a while now. I don't know why everyone was secretive with the freshmen's name. Everyone knows about her. It is no secret.

Tournament is full but can put someone on waiting list if a team drops. Contact Riverdale High School.

White County is going to go into the district tournament as the last seed. They did not want to make all the trips to Murfreesboro and get beat bad like years past. They told all the coaches in the district meeting that they were going to play a minimum schedule, but since then have entered several tournaments. This to me is not a minimum schedule. I feel like this new arrangement of not playing the Boro schools will be looked at again at the next district meeting. District 7AAA should be improved in 2006. There will be better play out of most teams. How they fair in region and sectionals will tell the story.
