Michael Garmer is Crockett's 215 lb. He wrestled 189 last year....and yes he is tough. I wanna see Garmer and Ethan "Ice-Man" Henley go at it.

The wind was blowing against the clones. But in their infinite wisdom they probably wouldnt have kicked a field goal anyway.

The cyclones are on a roll. They are at a point in the season where it will take alot to stop their offense. They are still playing very well together and working hard. Their offense is looking better than the D now and that is an improvement. The defense is staring to let up but is still tough. They do not need to lose faith. But the D-line is starting to struggle. The cougars cannot stop the passing game that the clones have. The clone running game is also coming on stronger. #44 & #15 will catch the ball and help the team greatly. If the clones get it in the air to those 2 and vary the O this game should be no contest. Clones-28 Cougs-7

I personally dont think people should talk about what they dont know about and keep to their own business(about #8). Just my personal thoughts.

GLee is right about Eliz. Their varsity is fairly descent but their JV really kicks it. The are all a great group of kids and play very well together. I say if u got 11 bring 'em to brown-childress on a monday.

I have to go with the cyclones in this one. I do not think JC will be able to contain the pass. If the clones get it up in the air to #44 and #15 this one should go quick. Also, the clones running game is rapidly improving:148 rushing against Sullivan East, 163 against Boone. If the clones can break 200 this game shouldnt be even close. The clones will have to shape a few things up on the D side of the ball though if they do expect to win. The D has been playing great pretty much all year but they are starting to slip a bit. They are hanging tuff and are a great group of kids. They work hard together and know what to do. Clones-24 Horns-10

Betsys QB. has been sacked suprisingly few times I believe average 2 per game. This is amazing when you look at the drops he takes. Alot of times its 2 steps. about the only time he is sacked is on roll outs. #7 is a pocket passer you cant move him around, as much as we a trying. The line has played much better than in the last few. The O-line is doing well.

Skunk those players you mentioned are great. They could have made a difference. The freshman game last year was close. We had two dropped punts inside the 12. Against a very quality team you can not do that. I think some folks thought you were trying to make excuses, and take something away from Betsy. Which you were not. I think what makes us so proud is we know that D.B. has such a quality program. Also the way our varsity season has gone. You should have been there it was a very good game. Both teams played at a very high level for young kids. I belive both could play with most of the varsity teams in our area. It was just a great game and a great win for Elizabethton. We know anytime we can compete with D.B. much less win that is a good day for us. This game as many on here has said will make both teams better. We at Elizabehton have known for a long time these young kids we have can play, It is the largest number we have had in one class in along time. They are quality players and they proved that in a big way monday nite. Good luck to both teams futures it does look bright. Will be looking forward to seeing you the next few years.

Scout you said it. We have to be watching different games. I over heard some folks in the stands after East saying #8 got a chance. Well 5 plays leading to a field goal aint a chance. 4 or 5 plays here and there dont constitute a chance. He is the type of player that will get a rythm. He is a gamer he plays big when things are on the line. He has always been that way. I would like to see him work alittle harder sometimes cause he has so much potential. He is a leader by example on the field he comes to play. Did you guys see the blocks he laid in the JV. game. Let the boy play give, him a real chance I think you will like what you get.
