Oakland and Riverdale should come up with some type of trophy to take home each time they play that would make it so much more intense each year!!!!

I will be attending this game i havent been to local game in 2 years i look foreward to it but im predicting OHS to come out on top

i havent been on coach T in years but its playoff time so i thought i would jump back on here, on the coach Watson deal i mean i graduated from siegel and it was time for him to go while i was still there in 06 he pronly should have never even got the job really all he can do is coach the line not a whole team and deffinately not call plays but either way he got the job and he called it quits so congrats on bein the first coach in the schools history but its time to move on

Earlier in the week the Ravenwood coach was interviewed. He said that they would not even start practice until the 31st. This was in the local paper. Maybe your source saw the lacrosse team.

why do all of yall have shs scoring so much... riverdale has the same d line except for one end, half the line backers we had last year and the other half had a good amount of playing time, and db's that had good amounts of playing time. nothing has changed about our defense. i say a shut out or another feild goal late in the game

they will deffinately score more than 3 you can bet on that

i remember the game very well i remember caled taking that lazy pass all the way and Keiths stiff arm to Josh Flemings face and and knocking him on the ground before running to the endzone and then yeah i remember that final score also 20-14

I am not sure who oland is talking about . I do know we have a soph lineman who is benching over 335 tho. He is a big ole boy too.

BD......uh did you forget about Bass, Precious, and Messick from the freshman team/? You can be sure all 3 will see playing time this yr with possible others., I will bet Sinor sees action as well.

Got to drop by and watch a 'little' practice today. I was VERY impressed. There was much more 'teaching' instead of yelling.

 

While they are learning the new system, they seem to be getting it down OK.

 

The good news is they are solid two deep! Even the other strings are getting the system down. I look for more passing this year also and the receivers were catching the ball!

 

This new early practice does make it hard for old folks like me to make it to watch it though.

hope your not looking for too much more passing because ive talked to many players and they said they are going to run just as much if not more than last year

Ryan Stell....who was starting at LB as a soph....had to move with family to TX right b/f the season began last fall as a Jr.

Here we go with the oll pain train talk again man i got tired of talking about this last year o yeah how ya been 2p its been a while but im back on the T

1. riverdale- the new coach will lose a few games but not the important 1's.

 

2. smyrna-still cant get ova the riverdale hump. its a mental thing.

 

3. wilson centraL- they learned how 2 win & they like it.

 

4. oakland is goin 2 slip in b-cuz teams goin 2 count them out. the d is goin 2 preserve wins that the o almost lost.

 

5.lavergne- will lose big 2 smyrna & takes half the season 2 get ova it

 

6. lebanon- they have a maniac 4 a coach & some talent, but they will lose a star playa mid season b-cuz of the maniac

 

7. siegel- they cant get ova losing 2 a 4 a team. it hurts the pride & causes finga pointin. zeke finds out u cant bring a 4 wheeler on the field 4 protection.

 

8. blackman- they win 1 game and beat siegel.

Oakland is not better than Siegel and Zeke doesnt need a 4wheeler to stop Oaklands lack of a pass rush Oakland is down for the count they are Siegels garbage and will always be dont look for Oakland to win against Siegel more than twice over the next 10-15 years your dream of Oakland becoming great is just what it is,A DREAM

who is this "PURE STUD" because last i checked Oakland didnt have any good players coming from the freshman team atleast not Varsity starting material

Well I didnt know Luke would be back next yr, but I guess thats always a plus

 

Anyways, those guys arent going to be replaced. They had loads and loads of talent and the guys coming up next yr cant compare to the team they had this yr, talent wise. they will be more disciplined however, so they might stand a chance with lesser talent.

so Luke is going to fail and pass up VMI maybe i should do the same and ge ton the team wow this is like front page news well maybe if it wasnt always taken up by all the newspapers bias to Riverdale lol but seriously Siegel will be more dicinplined next year and maybe they can compete for the title

i am from Murfreesboro and dont worry about your coach leaving for Riverdale he is in a great situation and that program is on the downslide and they are probly going to annoince their new coach within the next few weeks probly someone in the program from what im hearing
