For those people who hated on me for puttin Goose in my top 5, he showed last night that thers no doubt hes one of the top 5 players in the area taking the team on his shoulders and pumping in 27. He scored everytime he got the ball right with Hauldren and Ashworth in his face.

All 8 of them broke a rule down in the Bahamas and got suspended for one game that just happned to be our big game with South but i still think at the end of the game we will be right there with them.

Well THS has 8 players suspended for the South game so we are only dressing 7 or 8 i hope we can hold our own

I live in Blountville so ive seen those Central guys.As for Harmon, i could care less if anyone else has mentioned him, all i know is he was 2nd team all confernce last year and was the third leading scorer on a AAA state tournament team and scored in double figures pretty much all the way through the playoffs last year, he also lit up Unaka in a scrimmage last night. The only reason these Central guys are getting mentioned is because its people from Central. We all know Shiply is a joke I dont even remember him scoring a point in the 3 games we played them last year. And Dinkel is nothing, there are many better point guards Josef Throp, Landon Turner and Spud Roberts even.

You Central people are ridiculous. You think Buchanon and Weathorford are freakin Kobe and T-Mac or somethin when they are just a little above average players. How can u put Dinkel or Shiply on there, youve got to be kidding me Jrock. Weatorford and Bucahnon are not even close to D-1 material like you said and would be lucky to go NAIA.I think Shaud and Nave are in a class all by themselves when it comes to backcourt play in this area. We have the hands down best player in the conference in Shaud Johnson, but we also return all district and all region Ty "Goose" Harmon which gives us the best guard post combo in the conference. Mike Bunch transferred in from Ohio and he is quicker than Shaud. A guy who averaged more than 20 a game for Mnt Empire plus a 6-6 sophmore from Tri-Cities have transferred in. Coach Witcher is going to be rotating a lot more that Burns did with the added depth. But i think Shaud and Goose can single handedly win us the conference.

Im going to have to disagree with you on that 1. I'd say Brandon Wright or Javaris Cridenton is the best player in this years Arbys. Wright is ranked #1 PF and Criddenten is ranked #1 PG (ahead of Kemp) in the nation.Nothing against Willie ive seen him twice now at the state tourney and he electric with the ball in his hands. Bolivar may be the best all around team though.

Well Tennessee High has the best player in the conference and best power forward in the conference plus with the transfers I think we are the team to beat . South is also good with about a million post players, Science Hill wont be as good as usual but will be solid and i wouldnt count DB out either.

I know that Brentwood Academy is coming, Bolivar, Southwest Atlanta Christian is coming(Dwight Howard's school), the best team from Italy, a good team from Texas, a team from Wisconsin, and a bunch of other good teams i cant remember right now.

Every year people talk about how Betsy has such a rough start and then comes on at the end of the year. Well of course thats going to happen when you play THS and Sci Hill and this year DB at the beginning of the year and then unicoi, johnson and that whole crew towards the end of the year. It will happen again this year and everyone will be like man they really came on at the end of the year when really they were just the same throghout.

Who said I was'nt going to be there. I'll be there in THS gear and pumped and ready to go I just hope that ill have some others with me. I've been to 7 state tournaments and I'm only 16 thats pretty good considering it is 5 and a half hours away. By the way our school is giving away a car to a person who has perfect attendance and I am giving up that chance to go see the Vikes. So trust me Ive got that Viking Pride. Go Vikes!!

Thats not true yet but I hope it will be. Surrounding schools Central in AA and Elizabethton in girls are doing that. I'm not sure there will even be a spirit bus but i hope there will be. If you are scrimmaging MLK that wont do a whole lot of good because we play slow down ball and i think MLK likes to push it but maybe not, it would be good to play against some new blood anyway.As for the noise, I dont think it will affect us, Shaud knows what hes doin out there and will keep it under control. The Murphy Center is pretty big so it wont get as loud as ur home games.

I was going to be done talking but this has bothered me too much. Clinton I know your upset about the loss but come on. That 3 ft call youre talking about, I was sitting in the THS student section right where that was and I heard the slap!! Stop whining. And about the foul ratio that is what happens when you all press the whole game and grab our jerseys.And did you for get about all those fouls at the end when you all were trying to catch up?
