Good game last night...but Ill have this sick feeling for awhile after that one...Because we didn't take care of business in the 1st half...Covington did in the 2nd...They thrashed our defense...It was disgusting...Covington is one heckuva team...And Congrats to them on the win they deserved it more tonight...Good thing about tonight is the season isn't over...Just gotta take this loss...learn from it...correct the mistakes and come out blazing from here on out....Sorry Haywood...

Obion Central has always played us tough regardless of records. I remember being ranked in top 5 in the state a few years ago and went up there and got our butts handed to us. So Chargers better buckle down tight and be ready for a hard fought game because there aint no quit in them Rebels. Alaways has been one of my favorites places to play and watch high school football in West Tn.People there have always been classy in both victories and defeats. However I will not attempt to predict a score on what 15-18 year old boys are gonna do. I look for a great ball game and I'm gonna get there early and get me seat. I don't think OCC has been tested yet like Covington has so I think that will be the difference, look for a close one.

I played for the OC team that beat y'all when they were #1 in the state...I always loved playing Covington...The games were never boring...Should be no different tomorrow night in front of what could be one of the largest crowds ever at Rebel Field...

Im actually ready to see how we do against a very good rushing attack...I do know they wont be able to stop OC's offense so whether or not we can slow down Covington's O..this could be a high scoring game...I do think Central makes the right stops and comes up with a huge win...

as a matter of fact rebfan...i do know everything...sorry to dis on OCCHS...but since u wana nit-pick...its "off" a bye...not of a bye...and 2ndly...it only makes sense...would u rather play the #1 team with an extra week to prepare or jump right into it injuries and all...how come they take all that time off for the bowl games in college...or that extra week before the superbowl in the nfl??? surely they know what theyre doing...

When I was playing I never wanted a bye week unless we had some injuries...If my team was on a hot streak, the last thing I would want is a bye week...But that's just a matter of opinion. You are no way near right because the NFL does it before the Super Bowl...its actually kind of a dumb argument comparing high school and the NFL...

How many of you actually believed OC would be where they are right now before the season? Besides OC fans that actually knew how good they were...I'd say none of you thought that...But this works both ways with Milan too...It's not either of these teams fault that they haven't played..You play who you're dealt with and both teams have done that successfully...I do know it would be one heck of a game for sure...

And I'll straight up say it...I think OC would beat Dyer Co. probably by 2 or 3 touchdowns....That's not being cocky or arrogant...That's knowing that OC is better than DC....

But this is about South Gibson and OC and Friday can't come soon enough!
