That was a beating. North was just better and played with a lot more emotion.
EHS cannot use playing a larger school excuse. #7 for North is a player and has some speed.
North has not played anyone any good. ELizabethton played Science Hill and they are an average team. HV, Boone and the team from NC are bad. If Elizabethton keeps getting all the penalties they are in trouble.
Why did HV punt with .5 seconds left in the 2nd quarter? You take a knee. A bad snap or a blocked punt there would have made that call one of the worst ever in football.
Penalties and they came at bad times. Also it is 4th and inches why are you in the gun? Put the qb under center and sneak it. That is one thing I have never understood about the spread.
I hope you guys are right and it is a blow out. For it to be EHS will have to play a lot better on offense. This game is probably for the conference title unless North has something. I hope EHS gives it to Turner about 25 times and let him go because HV cannot keep up with him.
Before the season I thought EHS offense would be good and their defense would be bad but so far it has been the other way around. I though EHS going no huddle hurt EHS because it wore them out and in the 4th you could tell.SH had every chance to end this game before the half but they kept doing crazy stuff and if they play like this the rest of the season they will have a so so year.
Everyone in Elizabethton would be happy if that did get blown down. Lowe's and Walmart would probably pay for it to be gone since it is right next to them. Back in the 70's that place was hopping and kept the town going but it went out sometime in the 90's.
Shawn played in 2 semi final games in 97 and 98 his Jr. and Sr. years. He was gone when EHS played Knox Central. The 97 game Maryville beat EHS 42-21 and there was no controversy and he is 1 year older than Jason.
I am glad EHS picked up Boone and South and I understand travel was the reason to drop CAK and Asheville. I do not understand why EHS dropped Greeneville? I heard EHS picked up JJ Kelly and Watauga County, NC. JJ Kelly is farther than Greeneville and I bet their stadium is nowhere near as nice as Greeneville.
I predict EHS 21-7 over CD.
Elizabethton could get a home game if AE wins. If EHS gets beat by CD then they should not complain about anything because it will be there own fault and really really bad.

What does col 1 , 2 and 3 mean?
I went to TSSAA wb site and number of wins is #1 and number of teams played with atleast a .500 record is # 2 tiebreaker.
Eliz has more games against winning teams than AE so they are the higher seed.
AE has played (5) M. West, Catholic, GP, Fulton and Gibbs
Eliz has played(6) Greeneville, CAK, HV, North, SH, Asheville
I am confused if HV or West Greene is #1? The rest looks right.
Wonder if the TSSAA will get it right tomorrow? I still have nightmares about that radio show last year where they had 3a all wrong.
