Hastings walked out on the falcons in the middle of the season after the greeneville game bcause people refused to bow down to him anymore or pay homage to his legend in his own mind texas sized ego. Biggest egomaniac ever. He was the beneficiary of some of the most talented players at the school ever. He had little to do with any success but wanted to take all the credit. My son HATED him & his arrogance & he started every game so it ain't sour grapes. If u could buy hastings for what he is worth then sell him for what he thinks he's worth u would overtake the walton family's net worth. Real piece o work that guy. Thatruth has spoken!

Sounds to me like you are could be a parent of #29 and might be jealous that he isn't getting more carries, just what I read into when I see what you have to say. I see it all the time when a school has a good player, kids on the team support the player, while the parents bad mouth the kid. Thus why parents need to leave the message boards alone and let the kids handle everything themself. I see volunteer has cherokee this week, even a 4th string back for Volunteer should rush for 100 yards or more against the Chiefs. They have one of the worst rushing defenses in Northeast, Tn people, do not let this guy fool you. smoke20scion and nikebacksthefalcons are the same person . he's trying 2 play everyone acting like 2 different people ! notice the defense and testiness of his favorite player? good try, RH . you can fool some of the people some of the time but you cant fool all the people all the time. thatruth has set you all free!
