The brackets look fine to you huh... ok so tell me it should be fine that a number six seed in the play-offs should have a record of 1-9... thats ok to u... and that a number 7 and 8 seeds have better records... and that the number 7 seed Clinton is playing in the first round beat the number 6 seed ac is playing 48-0 at white county... you need to take another look before you start telling Clinton fans to cry you a river... I think i speak for more than just Clinton fans when i say that is a joke.... but the number 2 seed is not the problem, making us vacate a win and the seeding of white county is...

O yea Catlett was a great Head Coach alright.. My junior year was full of talent coming back including to all state players as Juniors and he lead us a 4-6 season, and the sophomores that season had a great class, they went 9-1 as a freshman team, and several of them started my junior year... as for my senior year we weren't loaded but again the junior class with Matt Lopez, Dameon Splawn, Jesse Rodd and Blake Sharp were still a good class, and the sophomore class my senior year was not bad at all either.. There was talent while he was here, an yet he never had a winning season he just wasnt a good Head Coach, is he the head coach at Webb? NO, he would be the D cordinator. Being a head coach is a little bit different, an Cattlett was not cut to be one... You guys talk about programs, I would be welling to bet that Clintons overall record is better than AC's ( Not for sure though) So really we can talk all day about it but this year Clinton better than AC YES... An I have yet to have anyone put me in my place on here, especially an AC fan... you guys are a joke when it comes to talking trash

Ok lets start... Has Anderson County ever won all of their regular season games (NO), Has Anderson County ever been to the state championship game (NO), have you guys ever had any all-americans at the D-1 college level (NO), have you guys ever sent a football player to the NFL (NO), I think that Clinton can answer yes to all these questions and as far as I know AC can't... U guys talk about the past 9 years, ok we werent very good, but when i was growing up, Anderson County was the homecoming game for most teams, AC was a joke on the field... It took Larry Kerr going door to door in Cambell County and Halls to make you guys a good team, but Clinton's players are from Clinton, and yea we had some down years but now the program is back because they actually have a staff of good young coaches that know what they are doing and the players love to play for them... Like i said TSSAA hooked you guys up with a joke of a first round game ( this is the reason why tennessee high football has no respect because a 1-9 football team makes the play-offs) and will win their first round game but u know who the second round game is, and u guys hate the mud and theres lots of it in clinton... O and for the record, Ryan Sharp was not a great athlete at all, he was an ok football player and a ok basketball player, I believe we have won every game without him, and would have beaten Halls without him. Its not like clinton was making special arganments because of his superstar status.... get real if u think he was some stude athlete because he was far from that... You people act like Clinton moved him down here just to play ball or something... his dad is from clinton, he grew up here, elementry, middle school, freshman year of high school, O he just didnt stay at his house sometimes big deal.. No AC fans I live in the present not the past, and I was on the Clinton team in 99 and was a junior, and my senior year U guys won by one point because our kicker couldnt make a 29 yard field goal so yea I was on the teams that were better than your Mavs (3 out of 4 years) an I have no kids getting ready to play football so not a very good joke on your part... and as far as the present goes, I have said enough true facts about your AC mavs football team and I'm getting the feeling that its starting to get underneath your skin a little bit Well good thats what I want to do, make you AC fans realize that Clinton is just plain out better than you guys... Great post, this stuff happens all over the state at many different high schools and must of the time nothing is said about it... players live with coaches all the time and nothing is ever mentioned.. and the reason for this is because sometimes situations call for different things to be done... sure the kid didn't stay with father all of the time, and TSSAA didn't even consider what was going on in the kids home life did they... I guess a kid is better being in a bad environment to satisfy a stupid hardship according to there stupid rules... give me a break, i feel like it is the responsibility for coaches, teachers, and administrators to look out for the best interest of there students, and student/athletes.. And sometimes ( in the Clinton situation) a coach was doing just that, trying to help a kid when he was able to do so... and what does TSSAA do, they make us vacate a win... haha what a joke if you ask me, and then they screw us in the play off bracket as well... its ok though, i think they really just motivated Clinton more, so look out 5A teams that stand in our way...

Yo 92,love ur post on here but there is nothing wrong with being confident in our Dragons... I hope everyone knows were are going to win because we are and I know we wont need Weston... I feel like this dragon team wont lose unless they just decide not to show up and i really don't see that happening because they know how big this is. They know that this type of opportunity doesn't come along very often, and they are trying to do something that no team (including your 92 dragons as good u guys were) has done in the history of Clinton.. This is a very good football team that respects their opponents, but knows they're good, real good... and when you have a great QB like stone with his weapons, that makes us really tough... I know they have played better teams than us but they still lost 5 games, and they have a long trip to make, and Clinton is raw, so be confident Clinton fans, We got some swag around here now...

What a first round game down near chatt... Wish I could be a bird sitting on the lights watching this on Friday.. Farragut has a great team, with two losses, and Ooltewah has a great team with one lose... I have seen Farragut play this season on two occasions against Catholic and Maryville... I haven't seen Ooltewah play but have heard about there D-end thats heading to Tennessee... Good luck to both teams an since Farragut is a Knoxville team I'm wanting them to win, but I do remember the two trips they made down there last season and they didn't go to well for Farragut.... maybe the tide will turn this season, good luck to both teams, i know this is going to be a battle for four quarters..

The whole top of this 6A bracket is crazy good... I couldn't believe all of these good football teams playing in the first round...... Oak Ridge really drew a tough game since MC is coming off a big win last Friday.. I haven't seen MC play but I have heard good things about their football team... If number 15 is not 100% thats going to take a big chunk out of OR offense.... but their defense is really good and will stop people.. I cant believe I'm saying this but I would like to see OR do well, they deserve a good showing in the play-offs because they have gotten better each week... OR by 7 on the road Friday... Thanks to TSSAA's joke of what they call their play-off system, Anderson county gets to play one of the worst football teams in the state White county, for those who didnt know, Shelbyville beat white county 48-0 and clinton who goes unbeaten has to play them.. Thats why this system is a joke.. And please AC fans stop crying about the Clinton field, it is what is is and if clintons smart they will continue to play there... They have played well there all season, and if the 1st round goes good AC will have to come back to Clinton and get beat again in the mud... One positive, this system gives me another 2 weeks to talk trash about Anderson County an their cry baby fans.... Get ready for mud, i know wilson wont he hates to get dirty..

Well the play-off brackets have been released and after looking at them I feel good about Clintons chances the 1st two rounds based off records.. Clinton drew shelbyville in the 1st round with a 5-5 record while AC drew Hillsoboro with a 3-7 record... I feel like both teams will win their 1st rounds games but AC playes a very good Columbia team at there place in the 2nd round which will be the end of their season,, clinton will play two teams with the same record the 1st two rounds before they see Columbia in the 3rd round and than tennessee high in the fourth if they are able to make it that far.... the 3rd a fourth rounds will be very tough for Clinton but i feel like they are ready.. Good luck dragons and to the Mavs

Note I said a chunk of yards came on big plays, not all... and Clinton had one play of over 50 yards thats it... HAHA live it up huh, ok we will and our freshman an Jv teams both beat AC just to let u know, we have will players for the next couple seasons... realize this, we are missing a ton of junior players this season for various reasons, and they will be back next season... we wont be perfect like we are this year ( AC has never been perfect, Clinton has now done it twice) and u guys lose some players too.. AC fans act like babies, crying about every little thing when u guys got beat and your so called star was shut down by our QB, bet he hates that.... Its ok you will have another shot if your lucky enough to make it to the 2nd round on the same field, so you better get ready for the mud at Clinton....
