composure is huge, the only time unaka was even close to the red zone last week was at the first of the game due to two or three personal foul penalties in a row, by the way I think Unaka also got a sack of 15 yards or so on their first defensive series, so HV does have some weaknesses.

I remember 05 game quite well. It was one of the most physical games I have ever witnessed. They almost met again in the playoffs that year, but Coalfield (I think) beat the landers by the skin of their teeth.

Offense has to be on the field to score it's called time of possession. Ground and pound.
