    I probably only remembered because my daughter was in that game and also that you gave a very good description of what took place at that match.

    That's correct. Below I copied and pasted the summary you wrote last summer after the final match. Look like Brentwood pulls off another state championship in u-14.....(95Soccer...that was a close call for sure in the finals..) Brentwood Premier (Former Apex) v. KFC Crush 2-1, In the last 1-2 minutes (in stoppage time ?) of the game, a score by Brentwood on a free kick, tied it. Still tied after OT periods, and then 4-4 after first round of PKs, I think it went to 4 more head to head after that, before Brentwood came out ahead...

    Could this be the Crush's year to overtake Brentwood ? Or was the weather a factor ? D We can keep our fingers crossed, as you know we came dangerously close last year to accomplishing that goal. I don't believe weather was a factor in the games Saturday night, fortunately the rain held off and the temperature wasn't terribly bad (at least not for the girls running around on the field). We were really looking forward to playing the game on Sunday but I guess there was just too much rain during the night to allow play. Unfortunatly the makeup for that game will not be played in Chattanooga, but we have to travel to Birmingham to finish. Our game will be Saturday at 10:00 at Rathmell Sports Park. I looked up the U94G scores and Brentwood came out ahead 2-0 over BUSA 94 Elite. They too look to have to travel to Birmingham this weekend to finish their second game.

    For those who might be interested R3PL is being played in Chattanooga December 12 & 13. Tennessee and Alabama teams are scheduled to play at the North River Soccer Complex. Saturday is scheduled for 7:00 pm and Sunday is scheduled for 12:00 pm.
