  1. Eaton is right handed. However his dad "The Block" Framesbest was lefty, that is why Easton has been so fundamentally sound over his career because he basically used a mirror image approach similar to Phil Mickelson and his father's golf swing. Easton is very fundamental with a conventional over the top release with quick feet. Pop times for the younger hind-catcher (Easton) have dropped from 2.8 his freshman year to a consistent average of 2.35/2.4 now in his Junior season. However, both of the Framesbest's have a bit of attitude problem because they know they are one of the best father son hind-catching combinations in the state and possibly the entire southeast.
  2. Who is this guy? Anyone have any history or experience about him? He seems to be keeping them in line, but they should be performing at a higher level. They are winning the games they should win but not as decisively as expected with the talent he has handed.
  3. This district is loaded top to bottom, should be fun to watch
  4. Chipper has a chance to be a two sport athlete at a small college.
  5. Aussie Light is definite D1 potential with a small attitude problem. Zach Byrd is all hype. He is not good enough to play at the next level.
  6. No doubt that Easton Framesbest is one for the best catchers in the state and looks to improve on his .973 blocking percentage from last year. He threw out 14 runners last year, but that number is small because teams began to realize he was one of the best hind-catchers in the state. Rumor is he will be signing with a D2 school with expectations of starting as a freshman or signing with a D1 school with expectations of being a bullpen hind-catcher for two years as he continues to improve. Additionally, his dad/coach has stated that he fully prepared to help any young hind-catchers in order help prepare them for high school or college. You can contact Brock (The Block) Framesbest on his cell # 502-546-4785 What is your opinion on this guy Vandy?
  7. Your saying Forrest will lose the first round of Region Playoffs???.....possible I guess, but doubtful. Word is that he is a different pitcher than last year. Harpeth hopes so! Anybody know anything about Camden?
  8. Regular Season: 1. Creekwood (8-2)- Talent and Experience 2. Harpeth (7-3)- Talent, but young, new coach (although he seems to have things turning around) 3. Waverly (5-5)- Purcel will keep them consistent 4. Mont Cent (4-6)- Experience, always solid 5. Camden (4-6)- ?????????? 6./7. Cheatham and Stewart (1-9) (1-9)- who knows, they have not been competitive lately Tourney @ Creekwood Rnd.1 Creekwood/bye- CW Mont Cent/Camden- Mont Cent Waverly/Cheatham- Waverly Harpeth/Stewart- Harpeth Semis. CW/Mont Cent- CW Harpeth/Waverly- (potential Forrest/Purcel rematch) Harpeth in a close one Championship CW/Harpeth- (CW Home-field advantage) (Harpeth deep pitching) Harpeth because of year long improvement. Apparently the New Coach is expecting more responsibility, discipline, and positive attitudes. That is all they have been missing. Good luck all, but I think it is a two horse race and a photo finish. Marshall Co., Giles Co., Spring Hill, and Page better be ready.
